We chose Petrosh's for all our wedding weekend's tent and table/chair/linen rental needs. They offered a generous period of a couple of days' prior to the events (wedding ceremony and morning-after breakfast) to decide whether we wanted to actually use the tents based on the forecast, with a portion of the cost made as a nonrefundable reservation without having to pay the full amount if the tents were not needed. We had some rainy weather, so we did opt for the tents-- but they set everything up seamlessly, so I didn't have to get bothered about it during my busy weekend! They had also worked with us in advance to make sure we had an appropriate-sized tent for our yard.

Steve and his team were amazing. They came to the property where our wedding was being held and set up a 40x100 foot tent, set up all tables, hung and wired chandeliers in only a little over an hour. It was amazing to see them work! The tent was perfect for our wedding and we received many compliments. We had 260 guests and the tent was perfect! I recommend Petrosh for any event... Big or small!!! Oh yeah, and the high striker was the perfect touch for guest entertainment! Haha! Thanks petrosh!!!

We were originally going to do our rentals through a different company, but our caterers recommended this one. They were definitely closer to our venue, which was a plus for delivery. My first call with them was less than pleasant, but to be fair they were swamped (I could hear the phones ringing off the hook- and there were only two of them in the office). I had my fiance call them a few weeks later because he is more patient than I am. He had a much better conversation with them and was able to secure most of our rentals. We ended up visiting them at their office as well to change a few things and to put down a deposit. Their prices are fair, and they included delivery on Friday, set up & take down of our tent, and pick up on Sunday. The only thing I thought was odd is that we were charged sales tax on our damage waiver (for the glasses and plates we rented) and on the delivery charge. They were very friendly when they did their delivery and it was SO easy to change any little thing anytime I needed to.

I rented chairs and a table and linen for the wedding ceremony. Petrosh was great with the set up and take down and was incredibly easy to work with over the phone! Highly recommended for rentals for any type of party!!

Petrosh's was phenomenal! They provided everything I needed and were always quick to get back to me. They know there stuff and anyone that answered the phone could answer any question I had. They have samples ready to show you and will work hard to make everything more convenient for you. The crew that came to set up the tent for my wedding were quick, patient, punctual, and efficient. They indulged every wish I had as the bride and if I wanted the tent moved half and inch to the right and then back again, they did it with smiles on their faces. When they came to pick it up, the chairs and tables were still under it, but they didn't even flinch. They just moved all 200 chairs and 30 tables and took the tent down in pouring rain. I would highly recommend them.

Very nice people to work with. Some of the chairs didn't look the cleanest, but we sprayed them down with a hose so it wasn't a huge deal. Delivery, set up, and take down was easy. Nice company to deal with. I was happy to give them my business.

Very un reliable be careful they one thing give you another

Steer clear of this company, they only care about your money. I was aware of the cancellation policy with 50% refund and knowing a hurricane was coming in, called to cancel my very overpriced chair delivery. They encouraged me to wait until the day before to make a decision, even though I told them that was outside the cancellation window. Rain was supposed to hold off, then an hour before our wedding it was pouring and 50-60mph wind gusts on the beach. The drivers arrived and they advised us that the chairs should not be set up as they would just blow over. We tipped them $60 and thanked them, they did not set up the chairs and they left. They said they would talk to office about a refund. No one ever contacted us, so we reached out and they were so incredibly rude. My spouse was trying to kindly ask them to at least meet us in the middle and give 50% back, and he couldn’t even finish his sentence as the woman was snapping at him and talking over him. That is so incredibly rude, that I could not in good conscience recommend this company. We paid quite a bit of money for a service that was not received. Contract or not, that’s a poor way to do business and a poor way to treat customers. Steer clear and find someone else for your rental! $600 for 30 chairs that were never received.
