Perfectly Peters Planning is the best! Ashley is so organized, communicative, and overall amazing to work with! She made wedding planning so much easier! Ashley jumped right in just a few weeks before our wedding and was just on top of everything. She coordinated our vendors and thought of all the little details. Ashley is amazing!

Long story but a month before my daughter's wedding my party planner left us. I felt lost and stressed but lucky me I found Ashley!!!! I cannot say enough great things about this woman. She did not hesitate for a minute to jump in, pick up all the pieces of my wedding planning and bring it all together. She immediately dove in to understand our vision, helped us navigate the pieces that had not fallen into place yet and she even won over my daughter who was not even sure we needed a party planner! Ashley is a true professional and a warm, enthusiastic person. She was always so responsive , right there when we needed her and she was truly instrumental in making my daughter's wedding a beautiful night to remember!

I mean this when I say this….don’t walk but RUN to book Ashley and her team for your next event or wedding!!! She will not disappoint and exceed every expectation!! Ashley was recently my wedding planner for my October 2024 wedding at Ocean’s Edge Resort in Brewster, MA and let me tell you, booking her was the best decision I ever made during the whole wedding process! I cannot say enough great things about her and her team! She was so easy to work with, very responsive to every and all crazy ideas I came up with during the year and a half I worked with her and even walked me off a few ledges when the process got a bit crazy! As for the day of the wedding, I did not think it would be possible for me, as the type-A bride I was, to sit there and do nothing but enjoy the moment but with Ashley and the lovely Dominique, I was truly able to just relax and soak in all the love and joy the wedding brought! They truly made the whole wedding day easy and enjoyable! We do not have one bad memory of our wedding and it is all thanks to Ashley and her team!!

I recommend Ashley! From the start, she was incredibly organized and attentive, with frequent check-in calls that made sure we stayed on track throughout the planning process. Her detailed reminder lists were a lifesaver—especially the one that saved me from forgetting my marriage license!

Her experience and professionalism shone through as she helped us stick to a timeline and ensured everything ran smoothly on the big day. She had previously worked with our venue, which was a huge plus. Her advice on how to set everything up was invaluable and made the space look stunning.

On top of all that, Ashley provided much-needed emotional support when things got stressful. She always had a calm, reassuring presence and knew exactly how to help me refocus and feel at ease. She even went above and beyond by taking pictures and videos throughout the day, capturing special moments we love looking back on.

Ashley is an expert at all things wedding; myself, my husband, our families, and all the vendors were so glad to have here running the show-leading up to our event and day of! She can be as involved as you want or behind the scenes just assuring things go smoothly-she will do literally whatever you want and then some. She is the funnest, sweetest person and not only will your wedding be fabulous you’ll have a new friend (although she was already my friend, but now I have an entirely new respect for her)! Ashley will make sure you have all the photos of what you didn’t get to see and she’ll handle things you didn’t even know needed handling. If you are lucky enough to also work with her husband Nate, he is a doll and the two of them BRING the wedding vibes. I could go on and on, but the point is I am so grateful to have had Perfectly Peters Planning be a part of my big day and you will be too <3

Where do I even begin with this review? Our day would not have been possible without Ashley and her team. Don’t get me wrong, I love planning parties and events and find that I am pretty good at doing so. I bit off more than I could chew by starting the process of planning my own backyard wedding, at my own home with over 120 people on the guest list. After the first few weeks of trying to figure out the logistics, I knew I needed a true professional. The rest is history. Ashley and her team belong in this line of work and they are absolutely incredible.
With the weeks leading up, Ashley kept us ahead of the game with our to-do lists but did not make it overwhelming. She kept us honest with meeting every 3-4 weeks or so, even if we hadn’t tackled much. She wanted to touch base and it gave us deadlines that we needed to feel less stressed about the whole process.
The day of the wedding (8.24.24), Ashley and her team were UNREAL. From setting up our entire backyard and turning into a beautiful venue, to playing the music at our small ceremony prior to our large reception, to passing the appetizers when guests arrived, to putting out snacks/swapping out for desserts when necessary, keeping the buffet full at all times, making sure we were fed (and even setting aside appetizers for later), to paying attention to all the small details like turning the accent lights on when it got dark, picking up the late night pizza, grabbing more ice and alcohol when we were running low, organized all the payments for the vendors for one less thing for us to worry about the day of, reassuring us along the way that everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. I could go on and on about all of the things Ashley and her team did for us! Whenever we needed anything, Ashley was out in the open and available and pretty much already on top of whatever it was we needed. I also cannot thank her enough for all of the photos she captured and videos along the way from the start to finish of our wedding. As the bride, I did not have my phone on me for much of the day and would not have had any of my own photos without her doing this! (As if she didn't have a million other things she was doing lol)
I cannot recommend Perfectly Peters Planning enough, and if you think you don’t need a day of coordinator, I promise, you do and it should be Ashley and her team!!

Ashley Peters was everything you could ask for in a wedding planner. She was extremely diligent in planning our weddings, we were able to plan two weddings and have both of them be a massive success due to her attention to detail, experience and flexibility. She was a great resource when it came to planning the events and gave us things to consider that we hadn't even thought of in the run up to the wedding and was a massive piece in making the days go off smoothly and allowed us to enjoy the celebration without having to spend mental energy in dealing with any bumps along the way. If you choose her to plan your event you will be in the most capable hands and your day will be full of the same happiness and celebration that ours was. She was one of the best decisions that we made in our wedding and without her there would've been a lot of pain trying to get all the details correct to make the day as successful as she made it.

Where do I even start with Ashley Peters?!? Every time I hear that someone is getting married I basically make them promise to hire Ashley, or at least call her!!!

In my very first phone call to Ashley I told her about how we were planning to do a surprise wedding at our rehearsal dinner AND a staged wedding and ceremony the following day at my parents back yard. This was a huge ask and Ashley was instantly and enthusiastically on board! I loved that she was just as excited about this idea as I was! I also explained to her that my mother was in remission with her cancer and we wanted to have the wedding in under a year to make sure she could be part of our special day. This was another big ask, but Ashley assured us that we could make this happen and got right to work, like was sending us her favorite DJ contact within the first 20 minutes after we got off the phone! I knew in that moment that Ashley was the BEST decision I made when it came to our wedding, besides the groom of course.

Fast forward 6 months to when my world crumbled around me. My mother’s cancer was back and spreading. I was completely heartbroken at the thought of possibly losing her and that she might not make it to our wedding. I called up Ashley near hysterics and told her the news. Ashley listened to all my fears and heartbreak and was there with me through it all. She was so genuine in her concern for not only me and my fiancé, but also my whole family and how it was impacting them. I couldn’t have been more grateful for this amazing person that came into our lives. She waited for when I was ready to problem solve and she was down to find a way to move up all the arrangements we had made to 6 weeks out from that moment. She helped me contact the vendors, explain the situation, and see who could reschedule. She helped me look for new indoor venues where we could pull off a wedding in the middle of winter. In the end she pulled it off! We were just waiting for the doctor’s approval, which we didn’t end up getting, but don’t worry, everything worked out when we went back to our original plan for an August 2023 wedding.

Even though she technically was only working the second wedding, Ashley went above and beyond to make sure everything was set with the shared vendors we were using. She coordinated with our photographers, florist, and even my parents (who ADORE HER) to make sure that everything we used at the first location made it back safely to the second. She also was also on top of the timeline for us and helped coordinating hair and make up and made sure the groomsmen were there on time. Her husband helps her work all her events and he was amazing with set up and honestly such a great guy! My dad still talks about how much he enjoyed working with her husband!

Throughout all this, she was ALWAYS available to hop on a call with me or respond to a text I sent, and believe me, I did that a lot! Every decision that we made, she always made sure to ask about my mom’s comfort level and found ways to include her when mom felt well enough.

At this point I can honestly say, I would not have survived wedding planning without Ashley and her INCREDIBLE team. My wedding would not have been how beautiful and fun as it was without her gentle, kind, thorough guidance. I joke with her that she with need to plan our 3rd wedding when we decide to renew our vows.

In the end Ashley has not only become a friend that I cherish, but part of our family. We recently told her that we are expecting and are already in the works of making a plan for her to meet baby when they arrive. Ashley came into our lives when we needed her most and she is here to stay for the long run.

We hired Ashley as our day-of wedding coordinator, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our big day. From the moment Ashley stepped in, everything flowed seamlessly. She took care of every detail, allowing us to fully enjoy the day without any stress.

She managed our timeline perfectly, coordinated with all of our vendors, and handled any hiccups with grace and professionalism. It was clear that she had a deep understanding of what needed to be done and when, which gave us so much peace of mind. Although I wasn’t fully involved in a lot of the detailed planning of the wedding, I will say that it was so nice having Ashley there to comfort my wife every step of the way.

Our guests even commented on how smooth everything was and how they were able to fully enjoy the celebration. We can’t thank Ashley and her husband Nate enough for making our wedding day as perfect as it was.

My daughter kept telling me that she found THE BEST wedding planner and I was happy, but really wondered how much difference that would really make...after all, how hard could planning a wedding be? We did all the early stuff pretty easily, like pick the date, venue and photographer, and again that didn't seem too hard. But then, Ashley started guiding us through more detailed lists of things to do and decisions to make. And even though she metered them out in doses, it quickly became overwhelming, especially since my daughter and I both had full time jobs. At some point it became crystal clear how much we needed Ashely just to get things done, and we turned as much over to her as we possibly could and she did an AMAZING job. Most importantly, she really cared about what my daughter wanted, how she felt, she reinforced and gave us confidence and support, and she really knew what she was doing. The wedding day was AMAZING, spectacular, practically perfect. It really couldn't have gone any better. And we owe it all to Ashley, we could not have put on such a fabulous wedding without her.
