Best decision!!!
Where do I even start with Ashley Peters?!? Every time I hear that someone is getting married I basically make them promise to hire Ashley, or at least call her!!!
In my very first phone call to Ashley I told her about how we were planning to do a surprise wedding at our rehearsal dinner AND a staged wedding and ceremony the following day at my parents back yard. This was a huge ask and Ashley was instantly and enthusiastically on board! I loved that she was just as excited about this idea as I was! I also explained to her that my mother was in remission with her cancer and we wanted to have the wedding in under a year to make sure she could be part of our special day. This was another big ask, but Ashley assured us that we could make this happen and got right to work, like was sending us her favorite DJ contact within the first 20 minutes after we got off the phone! I knew in that moment that Ashley was the BEST decision I made when it came to our wedding, besides the groom of course.
Fast forward 6 months to when my world crumbled around me. My mother’s cancer was back and spreading. I was completely heartbroken at the thought of possibly losing her and that she might not make it to our wedding. I called up Ashley near hysterics and told her the news. Ashley listened to all my fears and heartbreak and was there with me through it all. She was so genuine in her concern for not only me and my fiancé, but also my whole family and how it was impacting them. I couldn’t have been more grateful for this amazing person that came into our lives. She waited for when I was ready to problem solve and she was down to find a way to move up all the arrangements we had made to 6 weeks out from that moment. She helped me contact the vendors, explain the situation, and see who could reschedule. She helped me look for new indoor venues where we could pull off a wedding in the middle of winter. In the end she pulled it off! We were just waiting for the doctor’s approval, which we didn’t end up getting, but don’t worry, everything worked out when we went back to our original plan for an August 2023 wedding.
Even though she technically was only working the second wedding, Ashley went above and beyond to make sure everything was set with the shared vendors we were using. She coordinated with our photographers, florist, and even my parents (who ADORE HER) to make sure that everything we used at the first location made it back safely to the second. She also was also on top of the timeline for us and helped coordinating hair and make up and made sure the groomsmen were there on time. Her husband helps her work all her events and he was amazing with set up and honestly such a great guy! My dad still talks about how much he enjoyed working with her husband!
Throughout all this, she was ALWAYS available to hop on a call with me or respond to a text I sent, and believe me, I did that a lot! Every decision that we made, she always made sure to ask about my mom’s comfort level and found ways to include her when mom felt well enough.
At this point I can honestly say, I would not have survived wedding planning without Ashley and her INCREDIBLE team. My wedding would not have been how beautiful and fun as it was without her gentle, kind, thorough guidance. I joke with her that she with need to plan our 3rd wedding when we decide to renew our vows.
In the end Ashley has not only become a friend that I cherish, but part of our family. We recently told her that we are expecting and are already in the works of making a plan for her to meet baby when they arrive. Ashley came into our lives when we needed her most and she is here to stay for the long run. -

Wow, as a wedding photographer, I had the pleasure of working with Ashley in May 2023 and I’m truly blown away! Ashley is incredibly organized, hard working, professional, and personable. She is so dedicated to her clients, listening to their vision and bringing those dreams to a reality. Despite challenging logistics with Newport traffic, venue restrictions, and a huge guests count, Ashley managed to execute the day seamlessly. From timeline management to rain plans, Ashley didn’t miss a beat. I truly wish I could work all of my weddings with her! A seasoned pro who goes above and beyond for her clients. 10/10 recommend! -

Ashley was a joy to work with. She is detailed-oriented, friendly, communicative and organized. My finace and I only worked with her for a short period of time, but during that time she helped us research wedding vendors and outreach to our current vendors. During her research, she found another planner that had more familiarity with the surrounding areas and businesses where we're having the wedding. Ashley then connected us to the planner in an effort to ensure we had someone knowledgeable with the location to fully support us. We really appreciated her looking out for us, and the fact that she was kind and gracious enough to recommend another planner that she thought would better fit our needs. Even though we didn't work with Ashley for very long, I can only imagine how supportive and helpful she is when she is working with someone in a full capacity. I highly recommend Ashley's services, we felt very well taken care of. -

Ashley and her team are simply the best in the business! Ashley met with my husband and I many times over the year we began working together in preparation for her Day-of-Coordination package for my wedding. She was extremely organized and always on top of all of the many plans for the day we were throwing at her. She had countless great ideas for how to make the flow of the wedding more efficient from scheduling to logistics and beyond.
On the day, Ashley and her team were absolutely incredible. Super friendly and very attentive to us and our families even during the midst of putting out a minor crisis happening behind the scenes (without my husband or I ever knowing!). They took my decorations and made absolutely gorgeous tables from the dinner tables down to the table with our water dispenser for guests. Their attention to detail and taste is impeccable! Not to mention, Ashley took a million pictures throughout the day which she sent to me immediately, which was absolutely amazing to have to recount it all the next day. They made our day absolutely perfect and smooth, and we cannot recommend Perfectly Peters Planning enough! Hire them!!! -

My husband and I got married twice. The first time we had our Covid ceremony – with 245 less guests than we had planned for. It was a perfect day, and due to the last-minute changes we needed to make in order to keep it small and safe, we (and our incredible family/bridal party) did just about everything ourselves. It was a true DIY wedding. Learning from that exhausting experience, we knew we needed some help with a day of coordinator or planner for our “originally planned” aka postponed huge wedding celebration. I was resistant to the idea, because while doing our research the cost of a decorator, planner, coordinator, just felt overwhelming to me. Their outcomes were flawless, but I just had a hard time accepting that I needed that service. Fast forward to now, 2 weeks after our “round 2 wedding” and I must say, signing Ashley and her team on for our wedding, was the absolute best decision we made. Ashley came highly recommended by two of my friends, who were also “covid-brides” and they had nothing but amazing reviews of her services. Despite this, I was still resistant, because I just did not want to spend another dollar. Our budget was extremely tight. My God, am I happy I was wrong. SHE. WAS. WORTH. EVERY. PENNY. Ashley exceeded our expectations at every single task. She offered to meet with us as many times as needed to help us plan our timeline, problem solve issues before they existed, walk through decisions and talk about alternatives should something unexpected arise. She offered honestly more than we had time to accept – which I so appreciated, because she was readily available all of the time. She was kind, professional, personable, and just a love to work with. I was a pretty burnt-out bride towards the end (hello decision fatigue), and she helped me (using her social work degree lol) to process decisions and stay positive. At the rehearsal dinner, she and her husband helped us set up our space. She was early. She was thorough. She was amazing. She ran through our ceremony several times. On the day of our wedding, she and her team set up tables for 250 guests. She set up table cards. She set up centerpieces. She set up 80+ benches in an open field behind the venue space. She checked in with me quietly, to make sure I had everything I needed. Here are some of the fun outside of the box things that she and her team did to save our day: Her teammate left our venue, drove 15 minutes to a local restaurant and picked up 6 gluten free meals as some of my guests have SEVERE intolerances. I felt weird asking someone to do that, and she accepted the challenge NO QUESTIONS ASKED. After the ceremony we were so exhausted, I turned to her and asked if the person who left to pick up the food had returned yet – when she said they were on their way – I awkwardly asked if there was any chance they could drive through dunkies for me, my MOH and my husband. She giggled and wrote down our orders. I literally had a large iced coffee during the best man and MOH speeches. And THANK GOD for that, cuz then I was on the dance floor all night. She had drinks ready for my husband and I as we did our photos. Her husband worked with the DJ to make sure we could set up a projector for a quick video of our ceremony last year. She triaged the 5 million things behind the scenes that were happening, that I had no idea about, and sent me an email the next morning letting me know who I needed to follow up with, and who I needed to request meetings with, as some serious stuff happened without my knowledge. And isn’t that just beautiful, without my knowledge. She Olivia Pope’d it. Consider it HANDLED. As people came up to me with questions, my favorite response was “Please see Ashley. She will know what to do.” Because we met so many times before the wedding, she was confident making game time decisions without my approval. If there was something we had not talked about, she checked in with my sister, to make sure I would approve of a change she had to creatively and quietly make, so as not to bother me with any added stress. She took a million photos of the transformation of our wedding venue. And a million photos of us throughout the night, so we could have photos while we wait for our photographer to process everything. And then, at the end of the night, she and her team, broke down everything. They packed everything up neatly for us to pick up the next day. After the last dance, I literally had to square up with the bar, and then got to walk away, board my bus, and head to the after party. Do you know how amazing that felt? Walking away, knowing confidently that everything was going to be taken care of? It was glorious. Ashley and her team worked their tails off. If you are questioning at all if you need a day of coordinator, question no further, hire Ashley. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much Ashley and team – you guys were outstanding. -

If there is any advice that I can give those planning their wedding, it's this: 1. If you are wondering if you need a wedding planner/coordinator... Yes, you absolutely do! 2. Ashley and her team are the absolute best, most professional, and ONLY choice for your big day. Hiring Ashley and her team was easily the best decision we made for our wedding. Planning a "backyard" style wedding for nearly 200 people is no small task and Ashley was there with me throughout the entire process making sure that no detail was overlooked and I was remembering to breathe through the inevitably stressful times. Between phone calls, in-person meetings, late night texts, and everything in-between, Ashley really became my right hand through it all. Coordinating our MANY rentals, vendors, and details was just the start. Ashley and her team set up and decorated our entire ceremony and reception space, ensured that everything was running smoothly with our caterers and bartenders (thank God for this!!), and stayed to break down all of the tables, chairs, and linens. She even dedicated one person on her team to FaceTime with my sister-in-law who had to unexpectedly miss the wedding and was completely devastated to not be there. Because of Ashley, she was still able to take part in the special moments and that meant the world to us. On the day of the wedding, I was actually able to relax, enjoy myself, and feel completely reassured that everything would go off without a hitch, all thanks to Ashley and her team. My husband and I received so many compliments on how efficient, professional, and incredible Ashley and her team were. She took every curveball and knocked it out of the park. Hiring Ashley will be the best, most worthwhile decision you will ever make for such an important day! -

Ashley was the best!
Other than marrying my husband, hiring Ashley was the best decision I have made! My mom and I we able to rely on her for way more than coordinating. She helped us with ideas, planning, recommendations and making sure we stayed stress free. I cant imagine my wedding with out Ashley because she allowed us all to focus on the fun while she took care of EVERYTHING! She was in contact with all of our vendors, her team made sure our drinks were never empty, and when the catering had a mishap with our late night snack, Ashley and her team went shopping at 9pm and cooked tater tots in our family kitchen! Multiple dipping sauces and all!
I could talk for days about all the things Ashley and her team did for us. Especially at the last minute when our dog had to stay with us due to an injury, they took care of taking him out for little walks, feeding him his dinner and making sure he got his meds! You can expect more than just wedding coordinating from Ashley, she went above and beyond to make sure that we had the best night of our lives.
If you are on the fence about hiring Ashley, let me be the first to tell you to do it! She is truly a big part of making our wedding dreams come true.

Just got married this past Friday and for all future brides, you need this girl at your wedding! Ashley Peters and her team at Perfectly Peters Planning was 100% crucial for making my day go so smoothly. Ashley spent multiple hour long phone calls with me leading up to the wedding day hashing out details and calming any stressors I had wedding related. She kept all the vendors in her line of communication and would email all of them when the wedding timeline changed. She is the fastest return emailer or texter I know! Throughout the planning process, she made me feel calm and also made me feel like my wedding day was also the only wedding that mattered to her! On the day of the wedding, her team orchestrated us staying on timeline, rounded up family members for pictures, moved my mother in laws car for her when she was in a tow zone, and directed guests where to park when parking instructions changed the morning of the wedding! She probably did so much more behind the scenes as well but she does her job so well, I was not aware of any chaos and had best day stress-free! The best part is, she does all of these things with such a calming, yet assertive demeanor and feels more like a good friend then someone you just hired for your wedding day. Multiple people told me after the wedding that my wedding was the most well planned, non-chaotic wedding they have attended! Two of my bridesmaids told me that when they get married, they want Ashley’s contact info so she can coordinate their weddings! And Ashley also took hundreds of pics for me on her iPhone that she sent me the next morning so I would have beautiful pics to look at I patiently await pics from my photographer! I could go on forever but the bottom line is Ashley and her team are worth every penny!! 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍 -

Where do I begin about Ashley? From the first moment her and I spoke, I knew she would be the best planner. She proved from the beginning that she goes above and beyond for her brides. Ashley was there for me every single step of the way. She answered my questions, no matter how big or how small, and always made me feel comfortable with the decisions I was making. To top it off, I am one of the very lucky COVID brides, and although neither of us had the best answers in these unprecedented times, Ashley always, always calmed my nerves and reassured me that the day would be perfect. Ashley met with me numerous times (and continually let me know that we could meet as many times as I wanted). The days leading up to the wedding, a tropical storm was in sight, and again, Ashley reassured me that, although we might need to change plans last minute we were going to "rock this storm". Thankfully, the weather was beautiful, but Ashley was prepared either way. Ashley and her husband Nate set up my wedding exactly how I wanted, and any last minute changes were communicated to me so I was aware. Ashley and Nate constantly asked me and my husband if we needed anything (water, food, etc). I didn't have to think at all on my day, Ashley handled all of the stress and the day flowed so perfectly. I even noticed at one point that my floral garland had fallen behind the fence, and without me even saying anything, Nate was already fixing it. An absolute dream come true because of Ashley and her team. Ashley sent me tons of photos after the wedding for me to look at while we waited for professional ones, and they all looked so great! I could go on for days, but I hope you get the point about how amazing she is. Ashley is the best planner out there, she is efficient, caring, and goes the extra mile for her couples. I would 1000% recommend Ashley to all couples.
If you are looking for a caring, accommodating, friendly, and incredibly detailed oriented wedding planner, look no further. I am so grateful I chose Ashley for my big day, because she was more than a planner to me, she has become a lifelong friend! Love you Ashley! Thank you for everything! -

Hiring Perfectly Peters Planning was the best decision we made for our wedding day! I highly recommend Ashley and her team. Ashley was always quick to respond even when she was on vacation. She checked in with us every month from the time we booked her until the wedding. I’m the type of person that likes to plan everything down to the smallest detail, and Ashley made sure all of my visions became reality. Our venue was in a busy area with difficult parking, and the lot was across and slightly further down the street. Our venue was supposed to provide a parking attendant to direct guests, but that didn’t happen. Ashley stationed one of her assistants there to fill in. The florist forgot to pin a boutonniere on my brother’s suit (who would be walking me down the isle), and Ashley tracked down a spare one to pin on him before the ceremony. My husband left our sweetheart table during dinner to grab a drink, and was ambushed by his chatty mother. Ashley was able to politely intercede and steer him back to our table. There were so many other things she and her team took care of that I knew about, and probably even more that I didn’t. We truly couldn’t have gotten through the day without them. As a bonus, Ashley took some great photos of our wedding that she sent me afterwards. We appreciate everything they did for us before, during, and after our wedding. They are the best! -

A long time ago, I reviewed Perfectly Peters Planning as my very best friend who I had the joy of watching her begin her own business. In that review I watched her execute just a handful of weddings to perfection, while dreaming of the day where Ashley would be a part of my wedding. On April 20th, 2019, after two years and 19 days of being engaged, my day came with Ashley and Perfectly Peters Planning by my side. I would like to note: Though Ashley is one of the closest people in my universe, this is not a biased review. My friends, family, and loved ones have spoken of Ashley’s accolades absolutely every time someone has said to me: “Your wedding was perfect, beautiful etc...” this week. See the thing about Ashley is that her wedding energy is contagious. She makes your day special, authentic, literally a dream that I still feel that I am living in. Ashley gets it. She learns about what her couples’ personality is like, and then makes sure that the stress and those little details that mean so much on your day, become something that you don’t have to think twice on. Here’s just a tiny running list of things Ashley or her husband Nate (part of the PPP team) did for Steve and I:
-Created a binder of all of our contracts, small details, phone numbers, and gratuity money for vendors. When our guest shuttle ran extremely late I didn’t have to learn about it until after the fact because it was already handled thanks to PPP communicating with our wedding guests to get them on the shuttle and to our ceremony on time.
-Kept time while getting ready. This is why a DAY OF coordinator is critical. Get Ashley for the extra hours for this....I promise you won’t regret this when you are ready to get pretty with your girls and enjoy your coffee without having to check your phone every 30 minutes to keep time...remember that stylists have their hands full in curlers and makeup wands and do keep time as mine did, but why not have someone dedicated to this task just to be safe?
-Ashley will make sure you have something to eat, that you take a deep breath, and that all of your vendors are communicating with each other since they likely met for the first time that day.
-Day Of timeline. This includes who you want photos with, if you’re fitting in a sparkler send off, or maybe you’re surprising your husband with something special like I did. Yes you will forget things in the moment, but PPP will keep your timeline from going totally out the window.
-She’s going to help you enjoy the dance floor, when you’re being pulled a million directions at once.
-I was fortunate to have an amazing venue (Pinehills Golf Club) that had professional on-site coordination, but I would still hire a Day Of Coordinator like Ashley. Ashley quickly made friends with my on-site Staff so she got to be my ‘voice’ while working with them. She knew that my favorite food is a hot dog (seriously wait until she posts the picture of me eating one glam style), that I would want a glass of sparkling wine after saying I do, would run around and get tiny pictures of all the little details you spent months purchasing or DIY making before they are enjoyed by your guests, or that I definitely needed more hairspray before I walked down the aisle. However I’ve also personally watched Ashley become a dinner table designer, a centerpiece guru, and organize 200 place cards in alphabetical order for other brides who do not have on-site Coordinators provided. She really can and will do it all.
The short of this review, is that wedding planning is overwhelming. Picking vendors is especially challenging. PPP will be your one simple decision. She’s also going to be your vendor who is just as excited as you are to be married and I promise you, she will remember your anniversaries and will become a part of your forever.

Hiring Ashley to be our wedding coordinator was the best decision we made. Even before the wedding day, Ashley did so much work “behind the scenes” for us. She met with my husband and I multiple times to go over everything and of course to calm my nerves! She coordinated with my other wedding vendors so I didn’t have to!
On the day of the wedding, Ashley and her team went above and beyond. She was there first thing in the morning, making sure my bridesmaids and I had everything we needed. She drove my husband to our first look location. Before pictures, she held onto my lipstick and hairspray for quick touch ups. She made sure the entire bridal party was where they needed to be at the correct time. She drove both of us down the road to take sunset photos during cocktail hour. Ashley and her team decorated the reception area to how I wanted everything and they stayed until the very end and packed everything up!
If you desire a perfectly smooth wedding day, then you absolutely need Ashley and her team!

Kimberly Sent on 10/04/2018As my wedding date approached, I began to grow weary of my venue coordinator's slow, minimal responses to my questions regarding my upcoming wedding. I had a hunch I might need some extra help on my wedding day. I'm so, so glad I followed my gut and hired Perfectly Peters Planning for day of coordination, despite the fact that my restaurant venue claimed to provide a coordinator. Leading up to the wedding, Ashley with Perfectly Peters Planning was quick to answer all my questions via email, and met with me as many times as I needed to feel comfortable. The day of my wedding, Ashley and her assistant Dominque were with me every step of the way (The Venue's coordinator passed me off to someone else who I had never met or communicated with previously). You do not realize how precious every single minute of your wedding is until you are living it. The Perfectly Peters Planning team ensured my day went 100% smoothly and maximized my personal enjoyment of the day. My husband and I were fortunate enough to attend our own cocktail hour, greet and thank every single table, and spend all night on the dance floor. WHO DOES THAT?! I believe we accomplished this with a combination of the talents of Perfectly Peters Planning and our photographer. Ashley and Dominique did a million little things (many of which, I can guarantee you I'm not even aware of) including controlling the timing and flow of the night, making sure everyone received their personal flowers, running around wrangling the giant bridal party to get them where we needed them, correcting the venue's coordinator when she forgot my preferences, bustling my dress with the speed of Usain Bolt, secretly delivering my flip flops to my table when my feet hurt, reminding us to get in the photobooth, and making sure my personal sentimental items were safe. My dad cannot stop raving about Ashley's professionalism and attention to detail. THANK YOU ONE MILLION TIMES OVER PERFECTLY PETERS PLANNING!
