I was lucky enough to have input on my engagement ring and found that the employees were extremly helpful. My fiance gave them his budget and they helped work around it, they didn't try to push him to spend more like Spence diamonds did. They found rings within his highest amount which was $4000 and the ring I fell in love with was actually less. They told us it would take 2 weeks to be resized and called a coupole days earlier because they received it. I found the turn around time was excellent!!

It costs an extra $35 for engraving the wedding ring, it should be free especially the rings are so expensive! Also they are always late in delivery, and forgot to put them into boxes the first time. The sales people are too chatting, I would rather them focus on work as one of them made a mistake (delivery date) while talking and working at the same time.
