The Pensacola Yacht Club provides a number of locations at the venue to host an indoor or outdoor event for up to 400 guests. Enjoy a scenic rehearsal dinner on the patio, host a wedding shower in the elegant ballroom, or couples can celebrate their entire day here. A serene outdoor ceremony can be created in the back of this property with an all-weather tent. Nearlyweds can exchange heartfelt vows surrounded by loved ones with a view of the boats and the smell of seawater as their natural backdrop. Inside, there is an option of two ballrooms to choose from. These spaces can be easily customized to fit any wedding decor and theme. The large windows look out over the beautiful landscape as well. Amazing Wedding Venue

Pensacola Yacht Club was the perfect venue for our wedding day, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, their service was truly unreal—every staff member was attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.
The food was absolutely incredible and is still being talked about by our guests. Every detail, from presentation to taste, exceeded our expectations and added so much to the overall experience. Scott is the absolute best and we can't say enough good things about him.
The venue itself is stunning. We chose to have our ceremony outdoors, and the setting could not have been more beautiful. The sunset that evening was perfect and created the most magical backdrop for our day.
If you’re looking for a venue that combines gorgeous views, exceptional service, and amazing food, Pensacola Yacht Club is truly unmatched. We are so grateful we chose them for such a special day.

The PYC was an outstanding venue for our wedding, in size and accessibility. The event manager, Scott, was a 10/10 host! He ensured that all our tables, decorations, food and drink were all ready when we needed it. He coordinated toasts, eating times, cake cutting and even a timely departure. The event could not have happened without him. The PYC's large deck space, and similar indoor size, allowed for amble room to mingle, eat and dance. The lawn was a terrific location for evening pictures, as well as on the docks for sunset! We had such a great time and would be more than willing to have another event there, and most certainly to recommend the venue, and Scott, to someone else as well!

Scott is the most amazing man on this planet! My wedding was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. The yacht club is top notch, with no stress atmosphere. You will not regret this decision.

The staff at Pensacola Yacht Club were amazing! Everyone was so kind and so willing to accomodate! The event manager, was so easy to work with and was nothing less than professional and made every part of my day come together flawlessly! He was more than willing to let me have my reception in a different portion of the club than is typically used for weddings and had many suggestions on how to arrange it all. He helped with so many aspects of the wedding from planning, food, set up, and helping coordinate the ceremony itself. I would highly recommend this venue!

I personally do not consider any purchase or big decision without learning about the product or person and I rely heavily on reviews to "qualify" anything or anyone first. Giving five stars is about the most honest recommendation for this venue. Working with Scott was a pleasure. From the morning of to wrapping up, Scott and his crew went above and beyond to make the day as stress-free as possible. There was staff to assist with various must-do's and things got done. We had to make adjustments on the fly and the staff was capable of adapting to the situation. From setup to end, there was staff present to make the day go as smoothly as possible. The ceremony view on the grass was superb. If you like a beach or nautical theme, this place is for you. The wind was just right in early June and the ceremony was bliss. The staff was beyond caring and frequented the tables to make sure people were taken care of during the reception. The food and beverage were fresh and delicious. Spend a few and splurge on the mashed potato bar as it was one of the most talked about food services from the club per our guests. The event was very reasonably priced and the above-and-beyond effort added so much value to the day. You will always be concerned with things that may go wrong, but the day was truly perfect with the help of the Yacht Club.

The property was perfect for a nautical themed wedding that I had planned and coordinated. Outdoors, just beyond the stone terrace was a spacious lush green lawn and a large old oak tree. The pristine blue water off in the distance created the perfect backsplash for our client’s photos and really set the tone for a classy nautical affair. Indoor space was immaculately cared for and had a cozy, old world setting in several of the rooms.
Scott and his staff were absolutely wonderful to work with! Everyone was very accommodating and there wasn’t a curve ball that Scott and his staff could not handle. Scott remained on property and within sight most of the time to oversee the quality of the set up, food and prompt attention of other staff members.
I would definitely recommend this venue for other significant events. It is the perfect location for beauty, class, onsite catering, impeccable service and high standards.

This is a great venue! It is not just right for a semi-fancy/casual wedding. It is right on the water and the view is amazing for an outside wedding. The Event Coordinator, Scott, is a pleasure working with. They are so accommodating. I can not wait for my wedding in 11 months!!

Overall I am very pleased with my big day! Kelly was very sweet, helpful and informative. She'd listen to my ideas and help tune them into a reality!

A few downfalls: Response time to phone calls should not take a week, but I had nine months to plan this, so I tried not to stress. I had a separate cake in the cooler that was delivered to be cut and put out with the wedding cake that went completely forgotten about until the end of the evening when everyone was gone. The chefs I did the food tasting four months prior with were not the chefs that prepared my wedding day dinner. I waited because they were replacing chefs, and I suppose those chefs got replaced as well? I received a sheepish apology for the food not being what it was supposed to be, but I tried to not let it ruin the evening.

Mind you, these are just a few things to make sure you are aware of if going with PYC. Kelly is so bright and creative, I wouldn't have had the decorations I had without her. When we thought my linens were short, they found a local vendor to rent from and offered to get them for me. She was in constant touch with my event planner making sure everything was running smoothly. Her superior was even involved the night of the big day in case I needed anything. They have rooms available for rent upstairs for both the men and woman, and the staircase makes for beautiful pictures. We had our reception and ceremony here and wouldn't have had it any where else!
