The Pearl has such a special place in my heart, and we could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding day.
From the initial planning over a year in advance, to the very last minute of our wedding day, the Pearl accommodated us above and beyond what we expected.
Allison, the venue manager, was such an amazing asset during the planning process. She answered all of our questions as we were planning from several states away and met with us once we moved back to the area to solidify all of our details.
On our wedding day, they allowed us to use private spaces in the venue so that my husband and I could write our vows, and helped to make sure that everything was going to plan.
They guided us on our floor plan and helped us curate the space not only with the things we wanted, but with the flow of the event in mind as well.
We cannot thank Allison and her team enough for making our day the best it could have been. We owe so much of the beauty of our day to the simple beauty of this venue!

Our wedding went off without a hitch! Alison is a great contact and worked with us to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it to be. The different ambience each room created made it feel like a 3 in 1 venue.

The Pearl is really a hidden gem. An absolutely gorgeous venue steps from the heart of Tulsa. The staff at the Pearl is incredible--professional, warm, responsive, and flexible (even during a pandemic). It's only a matter of time before this is the major "in-demand" wedding spot in Tulsa.

We absolutely loved the venue and it very much suited our style. We were very DIY with much of our wedding and they we so very helpful and flexible. The assistants were so kind and helpful. One of the greatest things was their complete transparency on pricing and what all was included in the package you were purchasing. They made the venue search one of the least stressful parts of our wedding.

The space at the Pearl District Building is incredible! It is truly one of a kind. My husband and I were looking for a venue downtown that was close to hotels, restaurants, and bars and this fit the bill! I especially love the chandeliers, wine barrels, mirrors, and farmhouse tables that already come with the venue! At must venues you would have to rent those. The wine barrels are great because they're so versatile. We used them as bistro tables, end tables, guest book table and more. For the mirrors, we had Kelsey from lush lettering, who the Pearl recommended, come and do our mirror signs. We used the mirrors for our schedule of events, seating charts, bar menu, and more! My husband and I really liked the flow of the venue. We had our ceremony off site, so we used the first room that is typically used for the ceremony as our cocktail hour room. We put a photo booth in there, a lounge area, wine barrels/bistro tables, hors d'oeuvres table and a bar. Once cocktail hour ended, guests moved to the 2nd room where we did 1st dances, ate dinner, gave toasts, cut cake, and moved the bar in there. We used the 3rd room for the dj, and dinner buffet. After the buffet, we used that 3rd room for dancing. We got lots of compliments on our venue! Everyone thought the venue was cool, different, and elegant.

We booked this place because we fell on love with its slightly industrial feel. We didn't realize how amazing and accommodating the team was. It was a little bit out of budget, but it ended up being well worth the money after all of the amenities and the incredible service

We used the Pearl District Building for our Wedding Rehearsal Dinner and it was so amazing! Alison was so easy and fun to work with. She was always so quick to answer my questions. They had so many decorations for us to use for center pieces as well– which made it so easy! The venue is an absolute dream. The 3 different rooms made the evening flow perfectly. I would definitely recommend the Pearl District Building for any event you may have!

We loved our venue! It was gorgeous to begin with and we fell in love at first site! Once we started planning our decor we realized we didn't need much to dress up our venue. It was beautiful and well decorated on it's own. The amazing mirrors and chandeliers add to the venues charm. Alison made planning easy and was fast to answer any questions we had. The Pearl District Building provided a ton of items that other venues told us we'd have to rent, like tables, chairs, decor, table cloths, etc. We had guest the entire wedding stopping us both to tell us how amazing our venue was or ask us questions about it. It was obviously a hit with everyone. We worked with Taylor the night of our event and she helped it go seamlessly. She was great! We loved working with The Pearl and Alison and can't wait until our next event there.

This venue is something you will not get in the Tulsa location. So perfect and unique!! It is definitely a hidden gem. Allison was great to work with and so happy with the way everything turned out! Make sure to check this place out!

My wedding planner told me about this place and it was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! Allison was a dream and so pleasant to be around! they were ready to help us with whatever we needed and any questions we had. We had a NYE wedding there and we never had an issue with our time frame - We just had a group of people excited for us and ready to jump in and make the day perfect!
