It worked for us. My daughter invited 155 guests but because of Covid we could only have 75 max. Only 75 RSVPd so that worked out perfectly. I can say that there was plenty of room for that amount of people, with good distance between each. We were able to have any caterer and bring in our own food. My daughter has several food allergies and I had to deal with special vendors for food service. I think this a great venue, price is very good and the accommodations are just what we needed. We used their sound system with music from our tablet, we did not have a band. The refrigeration space is wonderful, roomy for everything and even though there is not a freezer on premises the refrigerator was cold enough to hold ice frozen for the duration of the party. We asked to decorate the night before at a small cost and it was well worth it. I had help but we decorated and set up tables and did a quick run through of the day and that did not take very much time at all. The bathrooms were clean and easy to get to. The property is well maintained and a great spot to take pictures. The owners were very nice and patient with me as I asked a lot of questions to make sure we took care of our needs and were in the guidelines of what the vendor expected. Cost wise this venue could not be beat.

This venue was absolutely perfect and the owners are so responsive and attentive!! I loved working with them!! The setup they have is just perfect in SO many ways! From the kitchen, to the location, to the flexibility they gave!! I just loved this venue so much!!

I went to a wedding a few years ago, and really liked this location for a small wedding. It had everything we wanted. A small pond, and a nice area for a reception. Worth Checking out. I think they're updating their site soon. Everyone raved about what a beautiful location we had for our wedding day. Perfect for us.
