We cannot begin to tell you how great of an experience we had at Patterson’s Diamond. We went there for engagement rings and we had a very specific and unique Idea of what we wanted. Ben, was able to create custom, One of a kind molds for us and source specific gems that we wanted, along with customizing both of our rings. The process was easy, he was communicative, we feel like the prices were fair and the workmanship is extremely high-quality in comparison to those big box stores. We will be back for all of our jewelry needs in the future

Patterson's Diamond Center was amazing! They worked with my fiance to create a one of a kind ring that I could not love more than I do. They provide great service and are a very friendly small town jeweler. They are sincerely concerned about what the customer wants and is willing to work with them until their needs are met.

Patterson's is excellent! I have always been greeted kindly whenever I walk into Patterson's to get my ring cleaned. They offer a great value on rings because they make the rings right there on site - the less steps to get the product to the customer, the less cost. They even allowed us to put our own diamond in the ring setting, and they do a good job with checking to make sure everything is intact. They have a great lifetime warranty and highly encourage bringing the ring in to get it cleaned often.

My husband worked with Chad to design my dream ring for me last fall. We are thrilled with the ring and the service Chad and the team at Patterson's provides. They are very easy to work with and are quick to repair any issues with their rings or other pieces. My ring has a number of small diamonds and I happened to lose one this winter. I took it into Patterson's and they replaced the diamond within an hour and everything was covered under their warranty. I would recommend Patterson's for any jewelry purchase and especially for their custom work!

I met with Lori. She was amazing! I never knew someone could know this much about diamonds!!! I've been to about 9 or 10 diamond stores in 3 different cities and this was BY FAR the best experience I’ve had. Lori was able to answer all the questions I had, and walked me through the different rings she thought my girlfriend would like based on pictures I brought in.

Lori clearly loves her job. She referred back to several things she'd read in diamond magazines, and was able to get into detailed specifics about each of the rings. I planned on spending 30 or so minutes there, and ended up spending more than an hour because she was so helpful. Not only did she walk me through the types of rings, but also what kind of diamond would look good in each ring.

Lori was also willing to talk about "lab grown diamonds". She actually brought it up, not me. When I went to other stores, they were hesitant to even talk about it when I brought the subject up. It is clear Lori's goal is not to make as much profit as possible, but to make sure you have a comfortable shopping experience where you find the best ring possible. Patteron’s in Mankato is a must visit for engagement ring shopping.

My fiancé purchased my engagement ring from Pattersons and when it was time to get my wedding ring we went to them with family pieces of jewelry we wanted used in the design. They took my mothers wedding and engagement ring and a ring of my grandmothers and made two diamond bands to go on either side of my engagement ring. They came out beautiful.
