I loved everything about Patio at the barn! I looked at several places and there were things that just didn't fit or something I didn't like. Right when I started getting a tour at Patio at the barn I knew it was the one for me! It has amazing views, lots of room, affordable and a beautiful big barn/silo on a golf course! I rode my horse in and it was my dream wedding. Their staff and Sharida were amazing to work with my day was flawless and I'd highly highly recommend Patio at the barn!!!

We had our ceremony and reception here and it was amazing! My dad had to have an emergency hip replacement a few weeks before my wedding and they were great with helping him get around, it also rained on the big day and they made sure that nothing would be ruined by the rain. I would have my wedding there again in a heartbeat.

I worked with The Patio at the Barn. From the tour of the area, to the meetings, the rehearsal and the wedding everything went great. Sharida helped me with my floral and cake vendor.. We had a DJ, a bar, and brought our own food. She worked with our budget and made our dream wedding come true. If you want specific things she edits your contract. She was willing to do my invites and help find my dress. She was easy to contact and was prompt on her responses. On the wedding day she kept everything on schedule and helped us get all the pictures we wanted. I loved the property in September. It was the perfect space for dancing, eating, vows, the toast, and socializing,

Patio at the Barn was the perfect place for my wedding. They were very flexible and easy to work with, I got married on my horse and had a very large party and it suited my wedding perfectly. It was beautiful and the staff was very helpful to make my day perfect. I would highly recommend using Patio at the Barn for your wedding if you want your day to go PERFECT!

Such a lovely place for my wedding, it was everything that made my wedding perfecft!!!, I couldn't have asked for a better place for my dream wedding to be made true.

We held our reception at the Patio at the Barn and it turned out just the way I wanted! Even though I didn't hire simply stunning weddings to plan the wedding I still felt as though Sharida was super helpful and flexible with how I envisioned everything. We shopped around various locations around Ogden, and even had a deposit on another location, the barn was affordable enough that we lost our deposit and still saved money having our reception here! The golf course is also a beautiful location for wedding photos! Would highly recommend to friends looking for an outdoor reception site.

I had my Wedding at this venue. Is a nice area, everything was landscaped nice where we would be holding our event. Lots of parking which was great. The Wedding planner is hired for The Patio at The Barn from an outside company, where she owns her own Wedding business so I felt competent I wouldn't have any problems. I had a hard time getting a hold of my wedding planner via email or phone, even with leaving messages.. Everything eventually got sorted out after repeated calls. For a Bride that's the last thing you want to deal with!! My package I chose included flowers, food, linnens. My wedding day came, and I was so so disappointed with my centerpieces and all my bouquets... I had given colors, as well as photos of what I wanted, and was assured they would be like that and full... When I got to the venue about 11am The flowers were wilting, a few of them even dying and brown all on the edges, I was so sad but nothing I could do at that point so I made the best of it. The food was ok, I could tell was just from a bulk ie costco and slapped together fast, nothing as impressive as I was told it would be. Overall my Wedding turned out nice because marrying my husband nothing could've been ruined!! The venue is gorgeous, but I feel the level of professionalism and understanding what a bride wants as well as hiring quality florists and catering is an extreme lack of caring about what her business portrays. I wish I would have just rented out the venue and done the rest myself because I know I would've been happier and could make sure my food, flowers, etc was being done with care. I would definitely recommend the venue by itself it's gorgeous and you can do so much with it, however skip the Wedding Planner!

As the mother of the bride, the day of the wedding, I had to enlist the help of two of my guests to get buckets of ice for beverages, I had to help people get into golf carts and explain the process, I had to keep an eye on the gift card basket (at this time it is unclear if any cards are missing), and I found out later that evening that the photographer we had for the wedding had asked our wedding planner for a meeting with the bride and groom to get to know them and was turned down. I'm unsure as to why this meeting could not have taken place, but I don't feel I should have had to do anything the day of my daughter's wedding. And I'm very upset that I had to enlist the help of two of my guests to perform duties that the wedding planner and her assistants should have done. I tried to keep everything amicable with the planner and assistants the day of the wedding so as not to spoil my daughter's special day, but here I am, two days later, still fuming. My planner gave me wrong information about how much to buy to stock the bar (glassware wise) and I'm stuck holding an inventory of these because the wrapping was broken by the bartender or assistants making it impossible for me to return. I was overcharged for items that didn't nearly match the cost of what I was quoted (the candy bar). Food was not properly labeled for children and was eaten by adults; the photographer wasn't given the opportunity to take photos of the food as she would have liked. All in all, I feel I was grossly overcharged for the services of Simply Stunning Weddings and I will NEVER use this vendor again. However, I was very impressed with the employees of the site where the wedding was held, The Barn Golf Course. I in no way want this review to reflect on them.
