Founded in 1924, Cold Springs Trout Farm has been a gathering place for over a century. Today, that legacy lives on as Cold Springs Event Venue—a space that combines the best that nature has to offer with over a century of history. Defined by mountain views, flowing water, and the quiet charm of a family-owned farm, our property offers a timeless and personal backdrop for your most significant moments.

Cold Springs Trout farm is still a working trout farm but offers three different areas of the property that can be used specifically for events:

• South Event Gardens: our main wedding and reception space. This area features our spacious pavilion, lush manicured grounds, and a beautiful paved ceremony/dance floor area with a covered fireplace. This space has plenty of room for parties of 100-200 guests.
• East Picnic Area: Our smaller event space complete with a courtyard with picnic tables, a grassy area perfect for ceremonies or yard games, and easy access to the fishing pond area for guests who want to feed the fish. This space is perfect for smaller gatherings and intimate weddings with guest counts under 100.

• The Whole Farm: For the ultimate Cold Springs experience, we offer a full-property rental. This exclusive option allows you to utilize every corner of our historic grounds including the South Event Gardens, East Picnic Area, and the area surrounding the fishing ponds (requires a minimum four-month lead time).

To make your planning process as seamless as possible, we include high-quality amenities and professional service with every rental. When you book the South Event Gardens, your package includes:

• Curated Seating: 160 elegant Crossback chairs and 100 white folding chairs.

• Tables & Linens: 14 five-foot round tables, 5 six-foot banquet tables, 5 eight-foot banquet tables, and 10 tablecloths.

• Design Essentials: 1 Arch/Backdrop.

• • Signature Features: 4 S'mores boxes with chafing fuel and a fish food pail with cups for your guests to enjoy feeding fish in the trout ponds.

• On-Site Comfort: Full access to our "Get Ready" trailer.

• Labor & Logistics: Initial setup and takedown of event furniture, plus one layout transition (e.g., flipping the space from ceremony to reception).
