Delicious! Even though we changed our choice of filling and the size of the cake, it was delivered just as ordered complete with white chocolate seashell decorations! It was absolutely beautiful! So many guests commented on how great it was! I would recommend this bakery to everyone!!

Delicious cake! The crew is very informal, which I loved! We popped in and were able to take a small box with several frozen flavors home, but encouraged to pick any flavor combination we wanted. I was very happy with what we picked, they all tasted great and we got tons of compliments! I also gave a picture and color swatch to Kathy and it was exactly as I wanted! Delivery was affordable and they arrived early, which eases a bride's stress levels! This might be customary, but they also include the anniversary cake, already packed separately, which is a great touch!

Kathy made a three-tiered wedding cake for us, and it was gorgeous. She used butter cream frosting on the outside and made seashells out of sugar, which decorated all three tiers. She also made a sheet cake for us so we could feed everyone at the wedding, and it was more cost effective than adding additional tiers to the cake. The cake was exactly what was promised, and it was DELICIOUS! It was a total hit with our guests. The vanilla butter pound cake is the best. Kathy is flexible and will pair pretty much any kind of cake with any kind of filling for you. When I first started planning, it was somewhat difficult to set up a meeting with Kathy since it was the summer and their busy season. However, as the wedding approached, I was able to reach her by phone with no problem. I recommend Pasqualini's not only for wedding cake, but they have delicious pastries as well.

MY CAKE ACTUALLY HAD THE WRONG COLOR FLOWERS ON IT BUT IT IS THE BEST TASTING CAKE I HAVE EVER HAD. IT WAS HIT OF THE NIGHT AND CANT WAIT TO HAVE IT AGAIN ON MY ANNIVERSARY

The cake actually looked pretty bad - I thought she said they didn't freeze them - but it looked like the cake had been sweating and the fondant ribbons on it were sliding down. It was sitting outside, so that could have something to do with it. I'm a pretty laid back person, so I didn't really care how it looked - but someone that is a stickler on that stuff might freak out. The cake was absolutely delicious - everyone loved it and the taste more than made up for the sloppy appearance.

Kathy was very nice and laid back. She gave us a complimentary cake to take home after we ordered our wedding cake. She is very flexible and will make any type of cake you want. (We chose four tiers; each a different cake and filling.) I had tasted one of her wedding cakes before at a friends wedding and knew instantly that I wanted her to make mine when the time came. Our cakes' appearance was less than what I had expected, but it did taste wonderful, which is all that matters to me really. My husband and I picked four different cakes for each layer, my favorite was the top and was supposed to be chocolate with peanut butter filling, one year later we cut the cake only to find out it was yellow cake with plain frosting filling. I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED!! :( Will definitely continue to buy her cakes though, they are phenomenal!
