Many times in planning, we would be discussing something and whether we should give more direction or input, and we’d end up saying “I trust Jackie,” or “Jackie’s got this."

Throughout the night of the reception, each of us heard separately from our guests about how beautiful the room and tables looked. We recognize and are so grateful for how hard to worked to find solutions for us, we cannot thank Jackie and Party Time enough!

After my fiancé proposed, I discovered Pinterest. That was a mistake, lol! I fell in love with the whole country/vintage look and absolutely had to have farm tables, benches and whiskey barrel cocktail tables. But after making several calls to local event rental companies, I came to the unfortunate realization that farm tables for 200+ guests were not in our budget. …That is, until I came across PartyTime in Ocala. They were willing to deliver the furniture 2.5 hours to Sarasota and allow us to keep it overnight so we could use it for both the rehearsal dinner and wedding, all at a reasonable cost. They delivered every single item on time and were extremely professional. I would highly recommend PartyTime for any event you are hosting.

We had a formal outdoor wedding on our horse farm. Our reception was set up in a big top tent decorated with all the glitz and glamour of any big hotel venue. We designed the size, floor plan, and orientation of our tent to provide for the best backdrop, table arrangements, and the beautiful view that we overlooked. Our table settings and linens were gorgeous and added to the glamour. Guests continue to compliment how beautiful it was and how much they enjoyed the spectacular set up. Many guests stated it was the most beautiful setting they had ever gone to for a wedding. Our coordinator, Kathy, did a wonderful job in helping us to design and determine our needs. She was very easy to work with. Thanks Party Time for giving us a memorable venue.

Called them in a pinch when another vendor (namless) fell through. They were able to get me what I needed the next day, and my wedding went off without a hitch! Very helpful, very cost effective and very friendly!

First of all, it's amazing to walk into their store and see everything laid out for you so that you can imagine all the possibilites. They were great too because even after I had placed my order I realized that I still had forgotten somethings and it was very easy to add on to my order. Everything came well packaged and they were great about handling instructions.
