We really appreciate all the advice and guidance Jackie at Party Time Rentals gave us throughout our wedding planning process. She was a breeze to work with! Many times in planning, we would be discussing something and whether we should give more direction or input, and we’d end up saying “I trust Jackie,” or “Jackie’s got this."
Throughout the night of the reception, each of us heard separately from our guests about how beautiful the room and tables looked. We recognize and are so grateful for how hard to worked to find solutions for us, we cannot thank Jackie and Party Time enough!
They are high end, and you get what you pay for. Our expectations were far exceeded, and we were so pleased with their results. Jackie took our concept and made it even better in reality! -

After my fiancé proposed, I discovered Pinterest. That was a mistake, lol! I fell in love with the whole country/vintage look and absolutely had to have farm tables, benches and whiskey barrel cocktail tables. But after making several calls to local event rental companies, I came to the unfortunate realization that farm tables for 200+ guests were not in our budget. …That is, until I came across PartyTime in Ocala. They were willing to deliver the furniture 2.5 hours to Sarasota and allow us to keep it overnight so we could use it for both the rehearsal dinner and wedding, all at a reasonable cost. They delivered every single item on time and were extremely professional. I would highly recommend PartyTime for any event you are hosting. -

Dianne Sent on 06/08/2012We had a formal outdoor wedding on our horse farm. Our reception was set up in a big top tent decorated with all the glitz and glamour of any big hotel venue. We designed the size, floor plan, and orientation of our tent to provide for the best backdrop, table arrangements, and the beautiful view that we overlooked. Our table settings and linens were gorgeous and added to the glamour. Guests continue to compliment how beautiful it was and how much they enjoyed the spectacular set up. Many guests stated it was the most beautiful setting they had ever gone to for a wedding. Our coordinator, Kathy, did a wonderful job in helping us to design and determine our needs. She was very easy to work with. Thanks Party Time for giving us a memorable venue. -
User2483113 Sent on 12/28/2015We were a bit apprehensive about using Party Time after we visited their showroom and were ignored by all their staff members. But we eventually got connected to Caitlin, who was absolutely outstanding and sweet.
We planned our wedding from afar so all we had were Pinterest pictures and emails but Caitlin masterfully executed our vision. She worked closely with our venue to ensure everyone understood how we wanted to set up our ceremony and reception spaces.
PartyTime was very flexible with our budget and sent itemized invoices to help us keep track of our design choices throughout the process. The day of our wedding, they arrived early, set up exactly as planned, and moved all the items we were re-purposing from our ceremony to our reception. All the materials rented seemed to be in great shape and we got lots of compliments on the overall design and decor.
We would highly recommend Caitlin from Party Time! -
User2950189 Sent on 01/16/2017Very difficult to communicate with during the planning process. There were time when I purposefully attempted to talk to different people so that I'd get better service. I also had an unfortunate miscommunication with them about the pipe and drape for my wedding. I had said I want the pipe and drape to cover the walls and it was mis interpreted by them as coming out of an alcove on the sides but not covering the walls. The reason I paid almost $500 for this pipe and drape was to cover large paintings on the walls that couldn't be removed. It was very disappointing when I was under the impression I was spending that much so to cover the entire back wall in the ballroom. This was never clarified with me and I discussed it several times over the phone and in person. They are one of the only rental companies in Ocala so unfortunately there's not many other choices in the area but that and the band stage was the only thing I rented from them and I rented the rest from companies outside of Ocala because I had such a hard time communicating with Party Time Rentals. I'd call and not get through to anyone, I'd email and get short 3-word answers back that didn't answer my question, I'd receive different quotes from different people on the same items, and visiting their showroom their chiavari chairs and other items were very worn looking which is why I went with a different company on other items. I would not recommend them as there are other companies that provide excellent service and product. -
User1624806 Sent on 05/19/2014I WOULD NOT recommend them to ANYONE! Unfortunately there aren't very many other rental places in that area or I would have never used them. They are not consistent with what they tell you ever. They told me one thing and my florist another. This is how working with them was the entire time! They are horrible with getting back to you with information. If you're waiting on a phone call or email you might as well forget about it. A friend of mine recently got married as well and she waited for hours on her things to be delivered to find out they had her wedding date wrong!
Their products were fine and seemed to be in good shape but that's the only thing I have good to say about them. If you want a constant headache go with party time.
