So easy to work with and reasonably priced - very responsive to phone calls and e-mails.

I wanted chair covers that weren't the stereotypical chair covers with big bows - too 1990s for my taste. Unfortunately, Chiavari chairs were not in our budget and I had some ugly black conference type chairs to cover.

They were the only people in the area that had stretchy chair covers that weren't the kind that look like they were from alien that didn't cost a fortune. The price was very affordable, and we didn't feel like we had to break our necks to pick them up and return them like with some vendors. Things are busy enough during a wedding without worrying about rushing to arrive within a 2 or 3 hour window the day before your wedding or the day after it. We were able to pick them up during regular business hours on Friday, and drop them off during regular business hours on Monday (Saturday wedding).

Last minute I needed to rent an extra table cloth, very last minute as in we were on our way to get the chair covers when I called, and it wasn't a problem.

I definitely would recommend.

Everything was perfect for a wedding that I hosted on my horse farm for 200+ guests. We rented a 60x100 century tent and a zillion tables/chairs. The tent looked completely classy and it was as solid as a rock. I worked with Kim who was very helpful and refreshingly laid back. The size of the tent that she recommended was perfect and we had just the right amount of everything. I bought the set up/tear down crew a pile of pizzas in exchange for climbing my 28 foot ladder to help me string lights. We plan to throw an annual party on the farm and without question will use them again. Tent/rental vendors expect you to negotiate some, so don't be afraid to ask what their best #'s are for your event. Also, they need to make a living so there will be extra odds and ends on initial quotes, they worked with me on those items without it being awkward.

We went with these guys because they were the only ones within 100 miles that had the Chiavari chairs we wanted. Everything we rented was in perfectly good shape, and the ceremony chairs were the best value we could find! Email contact was prompt, and they could answer all my questions. Only one star for flexibility on the delivery time (HAD to be at 9AM, despite all the pleading and explaining) which led to a lovely bridal melt-down. Otherwise an average experience. It would be nice if their showroom was open during non-business hours so we didn't have to leave work to make sure the chairs appeared as pictured.

Started off good. Very nice and "responsive" then lacked all communication. Incorrect measurements slow quotes; felt like we were being ignored. We ultimatley when with another company. They lost about a $5000 job because of the lack of diligence.

This company rents poor quality equipment. Tables were warped, dented, chipped, splintered and dirty.

I am giving Party Time Rental half a star, because the chairs I received and paid full price for were not the chairs that were described to me when the contract was initiated. Unfortunately, aside from an apology, which I appreciated, nothing was done to try to rectify the situation or at least discount the charge. The delivery guys, of course, "didn't know anything". It was over an hour before someone from the office called me, at which point I had already accepted the chairs. If I didn't have 220 people showing up the next day for the wedding, I would have cancelled the order and not paid a dime. The tables were basically wood with legs. It's a good thing I planned to cover them with table roll or else they would have been hideous. Poor communication on the part of the sales staff. I enjoyed her disposition when I was setting up arrangements, but she needs to either clarify the products she's selling, send pictures, or something. Most likely won't use them again. Seems like the professional split has not been a good thing for this company.
