We choose to go with this vendor due to it being local and from other weddings/reviews we had read. All the staff was amazing. Jessica (the event coordinator) was very patient with us and over ended up making our big perfect. Everything landed in place. I would recommend this place to other people based on my personal experience.

Wedding Dream
The Park Inn went above and beyond for our wedding. Jessica Guy was exceptional, as was our entire experience. There isnt a thing that we would've changed. Planning was a breeze with their knowledge and experience, and the day itself was flawless!

Excellent Quality and a Great Spot
Park Inn was a great spot to host our reception. Being in the military and out of town for most of the planning process they worked with us when we had to change the date, and plan everything by phone. Jessica was attentive and listened to all of our needs. We weren't able to decorate the hall ourselves but I sent a few pictures of what I wanted and she put everything together perfectly. I would highly recommend Park Inn. The Ballroom was beautiful and in a downtown location it was perfect for all of our out of town guests.
Park Inn Toledo is a perfect place for a great time! It's placed right downtown Toledo, and sits right across from the beautiful Promenade Park and a few minutes walk from the water. The staff are amazing to work with and are exceptionally kind. Also, when your finished with your event, it's a great piece of mind knowing that your room for the night is just a trip up the elevator. We have had both our DJ service and our Photo Booth Services there on several occasions, and it's always been a great pleasure to witness not only how well they treat their vendors, but also their bride and grooms.
The Park Inn by Radisson-Toledo is a fabulously gorgeous venue. The catering services are fantastic and working with Racheal is so easy. She leads you through every step of the wedding process to guarantee you have a wonderful and successful wedding day. The bridal sweet has such a fantastic view, who wouldn't love to spend your first night as husband and wife in such a luxurious location.
