The venue was absolutely beautiful, much better than just the plain 4 walls you get at most reception venues. I wish someone would have called us and let us know that the event coordinator had quit, but they waited until I called a few weeks before the wedding and I had to give them all of our information again. There must have been a mix up with the dinner because we were under the impression that there should have been chicken with the meal option we chose but it was just pasta, salad, and bread. This may be because the person we worked with when we signed the contract left and during that time their menu options changed. A concern we had was disturbances from other guests in the hotel since the reception was in the lobby but we had absolutely no problem with this.
