Paper Soiree is a privately owned company located in Georgia. It established on the Eatonton side of Lake Oconee in 2002 by mother and daughter team, Bonnie Neuleib and Gina Neuleib O'Shea. Their passion for paper, gift and entertaining made them naturals for opening a stationery, card, and gift shop.
