I saw the other reviews which made me hesitant to try this site. I am building a gift bag for a group of 10 and wanted to use the eye masks and cosmetic bags. I sent an email and had a response the same day. I sent them a picture and a list of names. They made every item different and it didn't cost any extra. They also gave me a huge discount and free shipping since I was getting so many. I have to say my experience was delightful. I saw a couple other things I want to get after I get my pics back. Probably getting my thank you cards here too. Totally recommend!

I submitted an order. Their policy is to respond to customers emails within 24 hours. I asked to cancel my order & 4 days later they responded that I could no cancel my order cux it was in production, but hadn't left the building. Pretty sure orders CAN be canceled if they have not left the building. And a 4 day response time is NOT within 24 hours. I WILL NEVER order from these people again. They won't even accept my return after the order ships out to me & is delivered. There were no other options but YOU'RE SCREWED!!!! Horrible customer service!!!!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!

Awful company to deal with, their head of operations is unwilling to accept responsibility for errors and they do not answer their phones or read their emails.
