Beautiful and delicious!!!! The presentation was amazing! Perfectly designed! I would highly recommend them!!

Jim made me an absolutely beautiful wedding cake. Despite it not being exactly why I had envisioned, it was AMAZING! People are still talking about it and we got married 6 months ago! Beyond that, it tasted great (and how often do you hear THAT about wedding cake?). Jim and Hope get an A++++ for flexibility. How about this: I gave them the wrong date for my wedding (WHOOPS!) Hope noticed it when they were at our engagement party (for which they made a BEAUTIFUL cake that looked like a glass slipper on a pillow). She saw the date written on the banner and realized that I'd booked her for the day before! She and Jim immediately adjusted their plans and made sure our wedding was 100% covered! Whew. Life savers. Both of them.


They did 5 cakes for me from the time I met them through my wedding (my graduation cake, my engagement cake, a grooms cake, an emergency baby shower cake and of course, our wedding cake). Each one tasted FANTASTIC. Hope and Jim aren't afraid to go out on a limb with innovative cake design (for instance, they tried to to a hulk cake that moved for our groom's cake and a brain for my graduation, but the logistics didn't work so they changed the plan, which was fine - the cakes were awesome!) they are flexible, versatile, friendly, honest, prompt and responsive.

Their prices can't be beat either. I can't believe I got lucky enough to find them :)

Chef Jim and Hope are the 'Cake Boss' of Tampa Bay! They created a masterpiece for our cake and it tasted better than it looked! Everyone loved the cake... Even going as far to asking who made the cake! They even made a groom's cake for us last minute! Thank you Pandaisia!!!

I can't even begin to tell you how much I loved working with Hope. Not only did we order our wedding cake , rehearsal cupcakes and 2 other personal cakes along the way. I even rented by linens, centerpieces and chair covers from her other company. She even became my wedding day coordinator and saved me so much time and stress. She is a one stop shop!! If you choose Hope your wedding day will be amazing! Mine was perfect!!!

Hope at Pandaisia was wonderful! From the consultation through the delivery day of she was available and quick to respond to any of my questions or needs. The cake that they made was gorgeous and tasted amazing! All of my guests to this day are still talking about how beautiful and delicious the cake was. It literally was the best wedding cake that everyone said they have ever tasted, people went back for seconds and thirds trying all three of the flavors. There was not a single piece left at the end of the night. Not only was the service and the cake amazing, the price could not be beat. I cannot say enough good things about Pandaisia. They kept me stress free leading up to , and made sure that the cake was perfect the day of my wedding. They are AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hope can take any idea in your head and make it a reality, the entire staff is very talented and will take great care of you. I highly recomend you give Hope a call if you need a cake for any occasion. I know that I certainly will be using Pandaisia Cakes again! :)

We gave artistic freedom to the baker with a few of our preferences, keeping it fairly open to her interpretation. It was beautiful; it was a work of art. The heat caused the third tier to begin to lean and the caterer took the top tier off and presented it on the side, averting crisis...i don't fault the baker...i fault the florida heat and a broken Air Conditioner for that one. The cake tasted wonderful, everyone loved it, can't wait to eat it again on our anniversary. We found them about a month before the wedding too! They didn't care, and were super accommodating. Loved it.

OMG I can't say enough GREAT things about working with Hope at Pandaisia!! We got married at the Grand Plaza in St. Pete Beach and Pandaisia wasn't an option, at first. Our Wedding Cake was part of our Reception Package and we had to choose from either Cakes By Carolyn or A Piece Of Cake. Neither of which I had the pleasure of working with because 1 never responded and the other was unprofessional and rude to put it nicely!! I was at my wits end when I was offered to work with Pandaisia and man am I glad that they were taken on as a vendor at the Grand Plaza!! We weren't limited to what we could choose and weren't charged for fondant or anything else, though we would have gladly paid any monetary difference!! I gave Hope a few pictures of the type of cake we wanted and she was able to take our vision and make our dream cake!! :) We were getting compliments all night about our cake, even before it was tasted!! I could go on and on about how much it ment to us that Hope made sure we had the cake we wanted!! Thank you so much :)

Hope was fantastic to work with. She responds to messages and phone calls quickly. They were able to arrange everything for us a month before the wedding considering we changed our cake vendors at last minute due to budget issues. Pandasia came through full throttle and for a great price. I shared my ideas with Hope and she gave me a couple options that exceeded our expectations. The cake we chose was unique, and it arrived flawless at our outside reception. They were on time and efficient even though we were one of the few weddings that day. There are so many options and flavors with Pandaisia. The ideas and special touches are endless and there were no extra hidden fees. They were willing to work with our schedule. Would definitely recommend!

Cake was gorgeous and delicious! Multiple guests asked me about the cake and were impressed with the taste. The cost was very reasonable, the best we found. I would highly recommend.
