My wedding party and I all got our hair done at Panache, and my maid-of-honor and I got our make up done as well. The salon was very accommodating - I added and changed appointment times several times without any issues. Alexis was my hair and make-up stylist, and I loved every moment of my experience. She listened to what I wanted, made a few minor tweaks for my type of hair, and the result was stunning. My bridesmaids looked amazing too.

My mom and I got our nails done and several guests got their hair done at Panache, everyone was very happy with the final product. We had Natasha was our nail tech. and she absolutely amazing. She did an exceptional job with our nails; they lasted through the honeymoon in Hawai’i (mine never last!). She was very attentive and so friendly. She made that mother daughter outing extraordinary. Next time I am in St. Augustine I will definitely make time for a nail appt. at Panache with Natsha.

I just wanted to thank Treva for doing an amazing job on my updo for my wedding this past weekend. Since I lived out of town I wasn't able to do a test run with her before so I went in blind not knowing what to expect, but I was so happy with the way it came out. Everyone commented on how great it looked and that she did a great job! Even with the rain and wind it stayed in place all night for our wedding and even the next day lol! Thanks again:)

I had Panache do my updo for my wedding ceremony. I bought the wedding day pkg with hair, nails and make up. It was well worth the price. The salon is beautiful and they did a great job! Everyone was super pleasant and they pampered me like a queen the whole time. I wish I lived in the area so I could go to this salon regularly!

Andy was fabulous! She knew exactly how I wanted my hair! My nails came out beautiful too.

I changed my appointment and added other appointments several times and they were always patient and understanding. Both my hair and nails turned out beautiful and their prices were very reasonable.

I loved my hair!

I had wanted to come in for a face/body wax before the wedding. The lady, I think her name was Mindy (she's the only one who performs the waxing services), was aweful. She did not employ use of normal techniques for waxing and as such, ended up ripping off skin on my face...one day before my wedding. I kept telling her during the appointment to stop because it felt like I was bleeding, but she persisted and subsequently ripped more skin off my face. I was left with a large wound on both corners of my mouth, my upper lip, and large portions on both cheeks. I did not allow her to perform the rest of the services that I had wanted. It was impossible for the makeup to sit on the scabs to cover them. The real topper to this whole experience is that on the way out, the lady had the nerve to tell me "you'll make a beautiful bride". I now have scars at both angles of my mouth. Do NOT go to this salon for waxing!

Would not pick this salon in a million years. Would have just picked up some waxing strips from CVS if I knew that this would happen.
