Dear Future Bride & Groom,

Thank you for considering the Palm for your special event.

We reserve our private and semi private dining space twice nightly. Times available are 6:30PM and earlier or 9:30PM and later. Wedding luncheon available times are from 11:30AM to 1:30PM at the latest. The suggested amount of time for a large wedding event is 3 hours.

We can accommodate 16 people in our small private dining room, 25 to 30 people seated in our medium sized private dining room, and 45 to 50 people in our large room. We can also seat a less formal smaller group in one of the larger private dining rooms semi-private. Our 45 to 50-person room and our 25 to 30-person room can be adjoined to accommodate up to 80-90 people seated.

Group lunch & dinner menus are available. We don’t have a children’s menu but can offer something that the children would enjoy.

We are not set up for a cash bar situation where the guest pays cash for his or her own drinks for beverage service. We can however, assist you with choosing a red and white wine along with champagne in your price range. Pre-selecting wine does help keep your bar cost in line.

We work with a local bakery called Freed’s Bakery. They are the best bakery in Las Vegas. You can get some ideas from their web site:WWW.FREEDSBAKERY.COM. We then obtain a price for a cake of your liking and make all arrangements for your wedding cake.

If you arrange for a cake on your own there is an $8.50 per person plate charge.

We can also arrange for flowers, balloons, etc. for the tables. If you deliver ahead of time we are more than happy to take care of the set up of place cards and favors for the tables.

A deposit of $300.00 or $1000.00 is required depending upon the size & date of the group. To confirm the reservation we require the deposit and a signed confirmation. The service charge is 20% (includes the gratuity) and the tax is 8.1%. The normal time allotted for the private room is 2 to 2 1/2 hours but 3 hours is ideal for wedding events.
