Wedding of the Year 2023

We got married at Palace Station Friday September 15th ,2023. Our ceremony and venue took place at the pool. I Can not express how happy my husband and I are with our wedding day . From the beginning till the end of the planning . Jenifer , Director of Catering was awesome to work with . Very attentive to our request and worked well with our vendors . From the food to the drinks , excellent. Our guest were spoiled , from appetizers, dinner , to late night snacks and open bar, all provided by Palace Stations . Our guest were also provided with discounted room rates. Our family and friends are still talking about our wedding , they called it “ Funnest Wedding “!
Thank you Jenifer and Palace Station

Amazing team to work with!

We hosted our Indian - American wedding weekend at Palace Station and had an amazing experience working with Jenifer and the rest of the Events/Catering team. As Vegas locals, we love Station Casinos and were happy to find a venue that could host all of our guests traveling to Las Vegas as well as multiple events. We hosted a traditional Mehndi/Sangeet and our American ceremony by the pool and utilized the ballrooms for our traditional Indian ceremony and the Reception. Working with Jenifer and her team was so easy, even with some of the complexities that come with an Indian wedding. We loved the variety of food options, especially the pasta bar and ice cream bar. Thank you, Palace Station, for making our wedding weekend so memorable! I would highly recommend them to anyone planning their wedding!

If you're getting married at Victoria's Wedding Chapel you absolutely have to stay at the Palace Station hotel. It was located across the street from the chapel and couldn't be more convenient. We received a block of rooms at a discount rate for our guest and even received an upgrade for using their services.
They have a wonderful buffet or you can eat at any of their other restaurants for prices ranging from low to high. My only issue was the heat in the elevator bank, which was caused by the beautiful glass elevator that takes guest up and down. However, the view from the glass elevator made the ride up and down a spectacular sight.

My husband and I chose this hotel and casino for our guest accommodations, because of their great prices, shuttle services to and from the air port, and shuttle to and from the strip. This casino is locate right off the main high way, in a nice area, and is off the strip in a quiet location. They have two great types of rooms to chose from. They have the old style simplistic newly renovated rooms, and new deluxe tower rooms.

Our guests were paying for their hotels and asked for rooms that were priced 1-3star prices; due to them staying for the whole week. And we had more picky guests that wanted to stay in 5star rooms. It was the best of both worlds, and they casino had great restaurants, and services. Because we did a hotel block of 28 rooms my husband and I got upgraded to a Petite Suite room for the same price as the deluxe rooms. It was heavenly.

Our bed was out of this world, and the room service was timely and courteous. The bell staff, was prompt and very helpful. The guest services helped with any and everything. There were few snags in our booking and one other and it was handled immediately, and the manager gave us one night free of charge for the mix up.

Over all the cheaper rooms are nice, and comfortable. They are cheap rooms, you get what you pay for. The Tower rooms are 5star quality with a 3star price. They are great and comfy.

Jenifer & Staff are superb!!

I don’t even know where to begin..

Our wedding coordinator, Jenifer was an angel sent! Throughout the whole process she was there to help. She made us feel comfortable and was very good at communicating with us. The entire staff at Palace exceeded our expectations.

The day of the wedding she was there from set up to break down. She made sure things were where they’re supposed to be and everything was in place. Without asking she had plates made for us at our table and our drinks waiting. She constantly filled our drinks while the night went on.. most times w/o us even asking. She even had food delivered to our room before we got there in case we didn’t get the chance to try everything. She did such an amazing job!

We had our wedding at the poolside in November and up to now our guests still talk about it. There’s so much space to work with and since it’s been renovated it’s beautiful there!

Not only was the venue itself beautiful at night, the food was good. Our guests were surprised how delicious the food was!

Everyone had such a great time we wish we could’ve stayed all night!

Absolutely Amazing!!!!

Jenifer and her staff made my husband and I’s day really special. We had a Halloween themed wedding and all the staff was able to make our vision for the wedding come to life. The venue was beautiful. They were able to adjust the room space in case we had more guests coming in .The food was delicious!!! They have a chef there who caters to any dietary restrictions or allergies. They also have a cake vendor who was able to help us create a spooky themed cake to go with the wedding theme! Overall, they did an amazing job and they were always accommodating. They made the wedding memorable with their kindness and professionalism ,making any wedding details or plans less stressful and reminding us to just enjoy or day. I highly recommend them for any event especially for weddings!

We got a group rate for our guests at Palace Station for our wedding. Shirley Young the coordinator is awesome to work with. Great value, and great rooms. Just ensure to get the tower rooms, about 20-30 bucks more but soooo worth it. They are very nice. The courtyard rooms I was scared of, so we didn't even offer them to our guests.

Shirley was amazing at helping me accomidate all of my guests. She was very helpful and patient as we had some emergency last minute changes to make. Thank you Shirley. The hotel was a little different once we arrived, we wanted to meet in the CABO Mexican resteraunt and we were met with some resistance at first, finally with some reluctancy on the part of some of the staff they found it within themselves to accomidate a large party. I feel that they could have done a much better job creating a better atmosphere for my guests. Shirley herself made the overall rating! Wedding date 8/06/11

Every Destination Bride's Worst Nightmare

I was excited to stay here because I was told it was "old school Vegas" and thats what we wanted. I called 3 days before flying out to ensure everything was still in order. This would be 5 days before my wedding and everything was not still in order. It took almost 90 minutes to fix everything, but I told my fiancee, at least this didn't happen when we arrived... famous last words.

Upon our late arrival 3 days before our wedding in the 10pm hour, we arrived to find they had cancelled our honeymoon suite for no reason even though it was fully paid for. They had booked in someone else and charged my card to their room, and then gave away our 2nd room we had booked for my brother and his wife to someone else as well and expected us to figure out who that person was and have them give my brother keys. They also charged my card to that room prior to them telling us they put someone else's name on it.

When they finally got the rooms figured out they tried telling us to not be angry and that they were giving us a free $200 upgrade, for a room that was already pif and they made us repay for the "new" room.

When we filed a complaint the next day the rooms keys mysteriously kept being shut off. When brother arrived the next day after I had fully checked him in and paid for the room, they once again tried giving it to the unknown person from.the night before. I spent half my rehearsal Dinner on the phone with the hotel and my brother and his wife missed the rehearsal completely because of this hotels incompetence. Not to mention all of the times they ran my card on other people's rooms. I had dispute almost $1000 in charges for rooms that weren't mine.

This hotel was our biggest regret of this entire trip and we will never stay there again.
