We decided to do 4 small cakes instead of a traditional wedding cake, as we wanted several flavors. We got vanilla cake with vanilla frosting, lemon raspberry cake (which was our cutting cake), a chocolate ganache cake, and a blueberry cheesecake. The cakes were gorgeous and most importantly, delicious. We couldn't be happier!

Otter Creek Bakery makes a beautiful and delicious wedding cake! We had almond cake with lemon frosting. It was beautiful and professionally crafted!

A cake from Otter Creek was included in our wedding package at the Middlebury Inn. The cake was absolutely delicious and decorated exactly how we requested. Sarah was very responsive and friendly. We got a 4 tiered vanilla, with fresh strawberries in between the layers with a homemade whipped cream. The cake was frosted with delicious buttercream ( I am getting hungry just thinking about it). We plan to go back to Middlebury for our anniversary and enjoy this cake all over again!

The cake I got from Otter Creek Bakery was absolutely delicious! It was almond and ginger cream, with chocolate ganouche and buttercream frosting. It did not take too long for the cake to be made. The service was very good.
