Excellent customer service! Very helpful staff.

We used Opex Limousine for our wedding transportation from Treasure Island to Wynn. We had scheduled two pickups, one for the bride and her family and then a return pickup for the groom as his family. The limousine driver was on time for both pickups and took the worry out of getting everyone to the wedding on time! I'd recommend Opex Limousine. The price was right and the service was very good.

Had the best experience with Opex Limo. We needed 3 limos for our wedding and Opex had availability. The price is higher then competitors but it was worth it. Our drivers arrived 15 minutes earlier all dressed in suites. This was by far the most professional limo service we used.

We had contracted Opex Limousine to shuttle guests from the hotel to the reception / ceremony space.

They offered the flexibility we needed as we were just looking to hire a shuttle for 1-2 hours at the start and at the end of the wedding. Most other providers were requiring 3 hour blocks, which would have been a lot more expensive for us.

I had some concerns dealing with what seems like centralized coordinator that outsources transportation to local drivers, but our worries were completely unfounded. Sometimes you feel better being able to talk to someone in person, but we were ultimately very happy with the service provider. It was perhaps easier for us as we were planning a wedding from out of town so we got used to dealing with vendors over phone/email. They were very responsive and made updates to the contract the same day. Everything was confirmed on email after phone conversations.

The driver and car itself was as promised - professional, timely and got all of our guests to the ceremony location with plenty of time to spare. Very transparent service, no hidden chargers and everything is as described on their website - no need to haggle further and their prices were still lower than all other places we contacted for shuttle service.

Great customer service! The representative was very professional and helpfull. The reservation process was simple. Opex Limo is on the high end on pricing, but you get what you pay for. Would recommend.

Opex Limo Service is one of the worst service providers that I have ever encountered. Andre the Customer Service Rep has the worst attitude and lacks any sort of customer service skills.

Ladies - Opex did NOT show up as agreed for our event. However, Opex did charge me for the service they did not provide to me. I would not hire this Limo company to drive my neighbors dog to the park.
