Kathie Simpson is absolutely amazing! Not only did she capture the feel of the reception through food, she was able to travel nearly 3 hours to the reception site.
My wedding was Celtic inspired and I wanted the meal to be very rustic and old world. We had appetizers of small bite-sized shepherd's pies, with a main course of traditional pot roast with Guinness gravy.
I know it was not an easy task to create the appropriate food to match the traditional Irish Pub feel but Kathie and her staff pulled it off beautifully.
It meant the world to me that Kathie and her staff were not only willing but able to travel the distance to create the perfect meal for my perfect day.

One Stop was absolutely FANTASTIC!! The food and cakes were great and service was incredible! They really went above and beyond for us!! We did not have to worry about any sort of catering issues the day of our wedding. We would recommend them to anyone we know!

You will hear over and over again from your guests about the food!! Everyone was asking who my caterer was, and for their number! You will not find anyone or any catering business better than this one. Seriously, they are TERRIFIC, and work with you SO well, and my cake was GORGEOUS as well!!
