Long story short, it’s not a scam! I got a $2100 for only $1100. Some places would even sell the dress for $2300. $1100 was a great value & to top it off, THE DRESS HAS NEVER BEEN WORN. I paid for my brand new wedding gown on Monday & got it Wednesday. Original packaging & tags intact. No alterations were made to the dress so I’m free to do as I please going forward. I tried the dress on & it looks stunning...... a few alterations will be made so the dress fits to my liking, but nonetheless it is perfect!

I bought my wedding dress through the Once Wed used wedding dress site. I was connected with a great girl whom I talked to and shared pictures with before purchasing the dress. I have absolutely no regrets about buying my dress pre-owned, it was cleaned and stored and you would have never known that someone else wore it before me. The dress was amazing and I got a million compliments on it.

I purchased a GORGEOUS Alfred Sung wedding dress in my exact size brand new for such an incredible price! I had fallen in love with a Romona Keveza dress but had a hard time paying $3500 + tax + alterations. Luckily I found my dress on Once Wed. The girl I bought it from had originally purchased at Kleinfelds and it still had the tag in it. It was slightly too big (which is perfect when you're taking a gamble on a dress online). I paid $1200 total and had the dress in 5 days! One word of caution - make sure the dress is long enough but not too long (esp if it's lace). Changing the length is difficult and almost resulted in a breakdown but luckily I had an excellent seamstress.

I got my dress from www.oncewed.com. I was very nervous about buying my dress without ever seeing it or trying it on, but it was the dress I really, really wanted. If I didn't get it from OnceWed, I would not have been able to get it. They are like 'ebay' for wedding dresses. Obviously, the quality of your experience is based on the individual seller. I can say the website is very functional and a blessing for brides on a budget.

I found the exact J. Crew dress I wanted for less than the J.Crew price - never been worn and not a thing wrong with it. I absolutely loved it...and so did my husband!

Bought a dress off OnceWed (I may have bought two actually - but I cannot recall because I sold one of them on Tradesy), and had a great experience. It was a $900 BHLDN dress I got for $600. I also bought a second dress off Tradesy and had a good experience - that one was a $1400 BHLDN dress I purchased for $900.

If you know your size in a specific dress (or designer), and are smart about knowing what an easy alteration is vs. a challenging or risky one - these sites are for you especially. Both dresses I purchased off these pre-owned sites were New With Tags and I saved a lot.

I plan to sell the final dress I wore... on whichever of the two sites it sells on first!

I got a $6500 Vera Wang dress for $2500 (plus shipping and insurance costs). No WAY you can beat that! The escrow process is the safest way to purchase anything this delicate and expensive online. I'd recommend it to any bride willing to buy secondhand and save some money!

I couldn't afford a nicole miller gown in the store, so I tried on the one I wanted at The white dress by the shore (great store, just pricey), but then found my exact size from a girl on this website for less than half of what I would have paid.

So I have sold a wedding dress on this website for a wedding that did not happen, I am now searching for a dress but have not bought yet, I would like buyers to be aware, I found around a dozen (I started noticing and starting searching) of scam dress being sold by someone in Bethlehem, PA, all the descriptions were very similar, the location was all similar and the dresses are being sold around the $2000 that are usually in the $5000-$10000 range, think you are getting an amazing deal. So please be careful when using this site. Obviously there are real sellers, since I sold my dress but there are also scammers and I'd hate for anyone to lose money especially when weddings are already so expensive!
