1. Sweet and Simple Ceremony-$250.00*:

Vows of your choice, at your location. Filing of Marriage License.

2. Pure Hearts Ceremony-$300.00*:

Sweet and Simple Package with your choice of (1) In-Person Consultation or Rehearsal Attendance.

3. On This Day Ceremony-$350.00*:

Pure Hearts Package with both (1) In-Person Consultation and Rehearsal Attendance.

All ceremony packages include: Unlimited emails and phone consultations. Unlimited vow edits. 60 or 30 minute arrival prior to wedding based on your request and needs. *Package Price includes $50.00 deposit to reserve your date and time.

Having a Small Wedding or Elopement? This is just what you need!

Minimum 48 hour reservation required.

Held at your location.

Maximum guests-12. (To include Wedding Party)

Package includes: Keepsake Wedding Veil and Garter. Silk Bouquet and Silk Boutonniere for Bride and Groom. 1 dozen cupcakes, table cover, plastic toasting glasses, 4 bottles of sparkling cider, plates, napkins, and utensils. Officiant, custom ceremony and filing of marriage license.

$100.00 deposit required to reserve your date and time with balance due 1 week prior to ceremony. If reservation is made within 1 week of wedding, then payment is required in full. All ceremony packages include: Unlimited emails and phone consultations. Unlimited vow edits. 60 or 30 minute arrival prior to wedding based on your request and needs.

On This Day, does not charge for mileage within service area. No hidden fees, EVER!

Day of Coordination Package-

$950.00 .

Prior to Your Wedding Day-

Respond to unlimited emails and phone calls

Provide etiquette advice

Meeting 3-4 weeks before the wedding to review timeline, plan ceremony (including seating, processional, and recessional), as well as all other details

Create comprehensive timelines of the ceremony and reception

Provide timeline to vendors, appropriate family members, and members of the bridal party

Confirm vendors (delivery times, items being delivered, etc) the week prior to the wedding

Act as the point of contact for the wedding day vendors beginning one to two weeks prior to the event

Attend final walk-thru meeting with the reception venue (if available)

Wedding Weekend-

Present at rehearsal to ensure it flows smoothly and to answer any questions (if available)

Will conduct the rehearsal in the absence of an on-site/church coordinator (if available)

Up to 10 hours of assistance on day of wedding

Coordinate all dynamic facets of your day into a memorable event: vendor management, attend to guests needs & inquiries, facilitate solutions to unexpected challenging situations that may arise, etc.

Assist bride and groom as needed throughout the wedding day

Oversee all wedding day deliveries

Ensure the design of the venue appears as anticipated

Assist with snacks and beverages for the bridal party

Organize and distribute all personal flowers

Direct the wedding party so they are in the proper place at the proper time

Provide wedding emergency kit

Deliver payment to vendors requiring payment the day of the wedding

Line up groomsmen and bridesmaids

Fix all dresses prior to walking down the aisle

Transport all personal items from ceremony to reception

Coordinate events and announcements throughout the reception

Organize the bridal party and guests for the Grand Entrance and Exit

Collect gifts, toasting flutes, cake cutter, guest book or sign in, unity candle & pictures and ensure they reach the proper appointed person/vehicle or on-site hotel room

Handle all last minute needs

Package Price includes $100.00 deposit to reserve your date and time, with balance due one week prior to the event.

New Payment Option for Day of Coordination Packages:

Non refundable deposit of $150.00 at time of reservation, followed by monthly installment payments of $100.00 until balance paid in full. (Must be paid in full at least 1 week prior to event.)
