My story...

I am a European trained baker. My first course in Paris came years after learning the art from my grandfather. I learned from my grandfather how to make bread, pastries, and cakes Old European style. I kept the hobby and passion for baking for many decades after he passed.

Fast forward to 2012 and I find myself having to bake a huge event cake! For that occasion I took professional cake decorating classes, and practiced, practiced, practiced. By the end of 2012 I had been to Paris for yet another course, and had started to perfect my craft. I opened a small bakery in Southern California and worked mostly for friends and family. Like everything French, I see my work as an art! I create artistic pieces that delight the palate and impress the eyes. There is nothing more beautiful than to stand in front of a masterpiece. I hope to gift you my art, when you buy a cake.

In 2015 we relocated to Colorado. I am now reopening and hope to slowly build clientele in the greater Denver area. I work under a Cottage Home Business Permit and have liability insurance to cover all my cakes.
