We haven’t received our video yet but as for the day of, our videographer Charlie was excellent. He was able to catch all the action without getting in the way at all, and was incredibly professional and responsive. Also very passionate about his work!

I could not be happier with the professional team that was sent to Bridgeview Yacht Club for my son and daughter in laws wedding this passed weekend! Thank you Joe and Peter for being so wonderful. We can't wait to see all the amazing memories that you captured!

Our wedding was 6/27/2026 and I waited this long to post my review because I was afraid of retaliation so I waited until I received my album and video.

First and foremost, Joe, the photographer (and owner!!!) looked miserable at our wedding. Didn’t crack a smile, didn’t talk to or engage our guests. And everyone was talking about it. Sooooo embarrassing!!!

I could accept that IF he had done a great job. However, hired for 7 hours, only produced 784 pictures!!! I stopped counting at 100, but more than 100 of the pics are only of 2 or 3 people and they’re all CLOSE UP, literally shoulders up like head shots!!!

The worst part is he missed such simple key moments of our wedding day… there are NO pictures of the entire wedding party at the altar. My best friend officiated, I have ONE pic of her during the ceremony and its not even centered. NO centered pics of me coming down the aisle. AND, almost all of the pics of our ceremony were taken from above the head of our officiant…he kept hitting her in the head with the camera strap to the point that she turned around mid ceremony. EVERYONE noticed!!!! Again, sooooo embarrassing!!! And the pics of our ceremony look so warped as they are all taken from above!!! NONE FROM THE FRONT?? NO PICS OF THE GIRLS AT THE ALTAR. NO PICS OF MY STEPCHILDREN STANDING UP FOR THEIR FATHER!!! How do you miss that??? NO pics were taken after the ceremony with the entire wedding party or both of our small families. My husband’s kids stood up for us and we have NO pics, not even ONE pic, of them both at the altar with us!!! We have NO full length pics of the wedding party pics and family pics. NONE! NO pics of me at the altar with my train spread out behind me.

For our first dance, he took all of the pics from BEHIND us!!!!! Who the hell wants pictures of their BACKS during the first dance??? And we had 2 dips during our choreographed dance, he MISSED BOTH! We did a whole singalong on the dance floor with blow up microphones and there are NO pictures of us dancing and singing…NONE!!!

We had a packed dance floor and on the video, you can see the photographer standing against the wall with his camera hanging down. NO EFFORT to capture the fun and the essence of our day.

I literally had to take still shots from the video to put together my own photo album.

When I went to pick up my album, I was calm and expressed how unhappy I was that he seemed to miss all of the memorable moments of our wedding. Instead of listening to my complaints, his response was “OK! GET OUT! I DONT HAVE TO LISTEN TO THIS!” That’s how you respond to an unhappy customer?????

If I could have him shut down I would. I don’t know how he promotes himself as a wedding photographer. I don’t believe the pics on their web site or in their studio are theirs. There is just no way it’s the same photographer.

We hired this video company for our engagement party. From the start, it was a struggle communicating with them and I would send emails and leave voicemails for weeks at a time with no response. In the end, the product that was delivered to us looked NOTHING like the product they had featured on their website and youtube channel. It really was awful. The coloring of the video was very off due to wrong settings on the camera, and the quality of the footage itself was AWFUL. I have seen cell phone videos that looked better than our finished product. Also, in going around to the tables getting well-wishes from our guests, the videographer did not get video from EITHER of my or my fiance's parents, and only went to 15 guests out of 100+ . The cameraman's hand was shaky and the editing was AWFUL. It did not look like the slickly put together videos on their site. They left entire songs in the edit with only a few people on the dance floor and had the backs of peoples' heads for a majority of the time. They didn't even get me in the frame when my future sister-in-law gave her speech to us. We were so extremely disappointed and sad when we received our video from them.

When we called them to express our concern and disappointment with our video, we received nothing but resistance and hostility. They felt that there was nothing wrong with our video, and there certainly was. We came to the conclusion since they wouldn't give us any money back that they would reedit the video for us. Although that wouldn't fix the terrible quality of the footage itself, at least it made us feel a little better.

Long story short, that was 8 months ago and we never heard from them again.

Please BEWARE and use a more professional and trustworthy company for your special day.
