Both of my sisters hired Kate for their day-of-coordinator and she helped both of their days run so smoothly and be a dream come true. She was an easy choice for our wedding to help us keep some sanity on the day of! Kate talked with me a couple of times before the wedding to make sure we were on the same page with decorations and she helped create a detailed timeline of the day. She also reached out to the rest of our vendors to make sure those details were set, too. On the wedding day, she setup our ceremony and reception space beautifully! There were a couple of times I realized I forgot to tell her about something, but she had already taken care of it! She is so kind and seriously the BEST at what she does! She truly lets the couple and their families focus on the big day instead of all the little details or any problems that may arise. I am so grateful she was there and she helped our dream wedding come to life! I highly recommend Kate!

After our experience with Kate, I have no idea how my husband and I thought we *might* not need a day of coordinator for our wedding. I am so glad we made the decision to go with Kate! From the first contact she was fantastic. We had tried to find a day of coordinator within budget to no avail, but Kate was willing to work with our budget and even created a customized package to fit our needs. Kate was able to take a lot of the pressure off of us the day of our wedding. She was completely organized and detailed in her setup of our decor. Having her meet with us and vendors also made us feel more comfortable as Kate knew the ins and outs of the wedding industry. We chose wisely to go with Kate for our wedding day. Not only is she efficient, detail oriented, and calm, but you can tell she also genuinely cares about making your day go as smoothly as possible.

We used Kate as a "day of" wedding coordinator. We are so happy we had Kate there. Everything stayed on schedule and flowed perfectly. Having Kate there meant my mom and I didn't have to worry about anything but enjoying the day and celebrating with our friends and family. Kate was a dear friend from my college days and when I got engaged I knew I needed her as my ceremony coordinator! Kate is very professional and very responsible. She managed to control all 12 groomsmen and ushers, two little kids and my 8 bridesmaids. She set up the whole church for me, managed the whole ceremony and cleaned up. She is very responsive and willing to talk on the phone for all my needs as they came up! I honestly could not have made it throughout my day without her help! I would suggest anyone to Kate who is planning a wedding. She also does receptions as well!

We added Kate as our day-of coordinator very late in the planning process after a last-minute venue change. She was very responsive and was quickly up to speed with our plans.
She did a great job arranging all of our flowers and decor on the wedding day. Everything looked beautiful. She handled all of the wedding-day issues and questions very well, and was a good contact for the venue and our other vendors.
