I ordered 4 wax sticks with a seal for a friends Birthday. Arrived within a week across the country. Was packaged very nicely and arrived in perfect condition. The choice of seals gives one a lot of variety. So happy I found this company, may revisit for Christmas ideas.

I ordered the most gorgeous seals from this company and it was so easy! It's too bad to see they have a few low reviews. They have beautiful options and I am so happy with my purchase. I am definitely recommending them to my friends whether it be for a wedding or any letters/invitations.

Quality Products at an affordable Price

Purchased wax seals and stamping wax for use on invitations and thank you cards. Purchased an oak tree stamp for the invitations which was as lovely as expected. Custom ordered a monogram stamp for thank you cards and future use. Fantastic selection of stamps and sealing waxes, items as expected, company provides clear instructions for use.

I placed a order, options for delivery included for a 3 day shipping for extra fee of $10. Regular delivery is 7-10 days. I paid for 3 day shipping. I received the package 12 days later. They won't refund the shipping. Covid was the reason, this is July, not March, April 2020. All other vendors I use have no problem delivering if I pay the additional fees for faster shipping. Poor customer service! Shameful in today's market.

Ordered sealing wax from this company. Paid for faster - shipping 2-5 days - for $12.00 - it was a 1lb box! What they did not tell me was that meant "business days" and my 1lb box that cost me $12.00 took 7 days to get here. I could have had free shipping and they would have shipped it usps and it would have got here faster. When I called their customer service I had to leave a voicemail because their hours are from 9-3 eastern standard time. They did not call me back. The next day I had to contact them via chat and they did not seem to care that I paid $12.00 extra and they sent it the slowest way possible. Poor customer service, and attitude. If they would have just said "I'm sorry for that to begin with. . . " I would have asked them to update their shipping times to say business days. Instead there was no empathy - Apparently this company thinks its customers should know the shipping standards of every company. If they cared about their customers, they would not have charged such a high fee and would have shipped with someone that ships and delivers on the weekends! Don't use them unless you have tons of time for shipping and don't plan on calling their customer service line.

I tried for over two months to set up a wholesale account. When you call their customer service line- during business hours- the call went into voicemail. when I finally got through, the customer service was unable to connect me to any point of contact to inquire the status of my application. She told me sometimes they lose applications and that I should try to resend it. Their email is an auto response- it seems that no real human being is monitoring this, and the customer service line is completely useless as they redirected me to the generic email. What a complete waste of time.
