Norma’s Touch absolutely exceeded my expectations for my 50th birthday celebration on the Caprice boat. From our very first conversation, Norma understood my vision and brought it to life with a breathtaking rose-gold theme that perfectly matched my invitation. She’s attentive to every detail, highly professional, and truly a pleasure to work with. She went above and beyond to please me, accommodating last-minute changes in guest count and working creatively within my budget without ever sacrificing style or quality.

The décor was stunning and everyone at the party complimented it. The flower arrangement she designed in memory of my mom in heaven was a beautiful, heartfelt touch I’ll never forget. We cried together, hugged together, and by the end of the night I felt like I had gained a friend. If I could give Norma’s Touch not 10 but 1000 stars, I would.
