Nonna's was probably the best decision we made throughout wedding planning process! We had tried several different bakery's, but once we tasted the sweet sweet taste of Randazzo's there was no contest! We did a 4 tier bridal cake with each tier having a different filling/ cake flavor. We also did a specialty groom's cake. I was having a hard time finding pictures of what design I wanted exactly, but Lauren was able to perfectly capture my ideas by combining several different designs. I was going for elegance. My cake was the slightest off-white base coat buttercream with some very simple, elegant scroll work being a pure white to make it pop! We also had the florist deliver flowers to match my bouquet. This is where my idea was getting difficult to convey because I did not want them flowing across the cake like most are today, down the center. I wanted the scroll work to be displayed and the flowers to accent. Lauren did a great job of really wrapping the flowers, starting from the back and coming into the front just at the bottom, and then cascading back up. This was the elegant subtlety I was looking for! The groom's cake was beyond spectacular! My father-in-law made us a tiny pirogue and they put the cake in the boat with a crawfish boil on top! This was special because his family always uses life-size pirogues (small canoe type boats) to serve their seafood, so this really brought our families great joy! They were very professional and accommodating throughout the whole process. We currently live in Austin, TX so we were having to do most of the planning remotely and the Nonna's team truly alleviated the stress of the cake! Our wedding cake was perfect. We got a cannoli tower for our grooms cake and it was a HUGE hit! Lauren is great to work with!

We used their king cakes for our rehearsal dinner, and they were DELICIOUS! We got two traditional king cakes, and a fleur de lis king cake. People are still talking about how yummy they were! :)

I was concerned about the design of my cake. I wanted it to match my wedding invitations and the first baker I talked to said she couldn't accommodate me. When I went for a cake tasting at Nonna Randazzo's it was fun, and they never doubted for a second they could make the cake I wanted. The person coordinating the tasting was delightful. She made me feel so comfortable that I decided to get a groom's cake too! The person I spoke to about decorating (later through email) also made me feel at ease. It was clear she had a good understanding of what I was looking for. I dropped off toppers for the cakes a week before the wedding and they were placed perfectly. The cakes tasted amazing and the prices were very reasonable - especially with free delivery to Benedict's Plantation (reception venue). I would definitely order cakes from them in the future for other events.

I absolutely loved my wedding cake. The cake was beautiful and the price was reasonable. Of course I can't forget to mention that the cake was delicious! It was a 4 tier cream cheese/butter cream icing combo with almond cake and 2 layers had strawberry filling and the other two had pineapple. I fell in love with the cake at the cake tasting and was definitely not disappont at my wedding! Highly recommend!

The cake was delicious! Everybody raved about the cake and how good it was. It is a little pricey, but the quality is fantastic. They were prompt with the cake and did everything they said they would. The looked also looked very beautiful.

Our cake came out just as I pictured and it was delicious! They were a little hard to get in touch with and slow in calling back but I knew they would get the job done and they did.
