Sunny & Anthony's Destination Wedding - Bali, Indonesia

Nina went above and beyond to supply my wife and I with a BEAUTIFUL wedding cake. Not only was the cake more beautiful than we imagined it would be, she flew to Bali, Indonesia to personnally ensure that it would be to the standard that she is known for. She did an AMAZING job on taste and presentation (despite the Bali heat). She even made gluten free mini cakes for my guests who exclude gluten from their diet. She wasn't ask to do this, but she wanted to ensure that no one missed out on the full wedding experience. She NAILED IT!!! We have never worked with a service provider who would go to such lengths to ensure our day would be absolutely amazing. We don't just recommend her services, we sing her praises to anyone looking to ensure every detail is perfect on their special day. WE can't THANK YOU enough Nina...

Perfect Wedding Cake!

Nina did my wedding cake last year and it turned out better than I could have ever expected and was delicious! She also made mini king cakes for the grooms cake and it was a hit with the guest. Thanks for making our wedding so memorable!

Beyond expectations

We hired Nina to do our wedding cake and treats and everything was beyond expectations! Her attention to detail is phenomenal. Everyone enjoyed everything so much they didn’t have any extra of ANYTHING to take home. Nina is one of the sweetest most genuine persons I’ve ever met. I love art and when we hired her I sent her a picture of this painting I wanted on the cake and she made it happen. I fully her trusted her and didn’t need any drawings just wanted it to be a surprise. I knew whatever she would do I would be AMAZED and she didn’t disappoint. Nina will forever be my #1 choice.

Cake, 200 cookies, 200 cupcakes and packaged everything individually at a last minute request and never complained.

NINA BAKES. the BEST! Wedding Cake of the Century

Words cannot express the amazement I experienced working with Nina. Her artisanal mastery of cake baking and design is mind-blowing. The Grooms Cake was an edible work of art and the wedding cake an elegant delight. The number of details in the tasting, which was delicately mailed for our destination wedding, and in the design sketch work was impressive. Her Cakes are DELICIOUS. We were so tempted to eat our top layer when we got back home LOL. Looking for the best wedding cakes in Louisiana (and the US) look no further!!!

Amazing Work

From start to finish, Nina was absolutely perfection. Her customer service was outstanding. We redesigned my wedding cake a few times and each time she did not hesitate to deliver my exact vision. Walking into my venue and seeing my wedding cake had me in total awe. It was exactly as envisioned and it tasted just as amazing. Nina’s personality flows instantaneously into her work. Hands down she is amazing in her craft. Thank you so much Nina.

Nina is truly a CAKE GODDESS!!!

We hired Nina to do our wedding cake and sweets table for our wedding and she did such an EXCEPTIONAL JOB! I wanted a black and gold cake, but it took forever for me to find the design I wanted. Luckily, within days before the final payment was due, I found the look I was going for and she executed it to PERFECTION! Also, the cake was so delicious as well. For the sweets table, we didn't even get a chance to see or eat any of the sweets because the guests demolished it within minutes after being served😄. Overall, Nina exhibited true professionalism, great communication, and needless to say, she's such a sweetheart. She gets a 5-star rating from me and 10's all across the board. The only regret we have is not taking a pic with her at the wedding.

Wedding Day Ruined!

Our wedding cake turned out to be nothing of what we were expecting to receive for the price of 5200.00. The cake was several tiers high. It was leaning, and poor craftsmanship on the design and fondant. The creases were showing and buckling. She also added a to go gumbo container and did not even hide it to help hold the cake up and that still did not work. She did not even apologize leaving us with a waste of 5200.00. The groom's cake was also not completed and had poor craftsmanship. We ordered red velvet cake for both and it was just a chocolate cake with red dye. The cakes were wet and sweating in the pictures. What a terrible experience!
