When we met with Dominick he was extremely personable and accommodating. We reviewed the menus they had available but Dom said we could do whatever we wanted and make up our own menu. When we expressed we wanted to do seasonal and started throwing out ideas you could literally see his eyes sparkle with excitement. That’s really the moment where you know you’re in good hands and all the food is going to come our wonderfully. We did seasonal for November which included apple braised pork loin, pumpkin stuffed ravioli in a butternut squash, sage cream sauce and prime rib with carrots, Brussels sprouts and roasted potatoes for sides. He made the most wonderful salad that had cranberries and pecans in it. The home made dressings that he made were literally the best I’ve ever had (Italian, balsamic, creamy garlic). His meatballs were also the best I’ve ever had. The ravioli were amazing. I was extremely happy with the food and his staff was also a 10/10 on the day of our wedding. They even packaged up all the leftovers for me when everyone was done eating - I’ve heard not many places allow you to keep the excess. Dominick’s prices were very reasonable and the price he gives you includes taxes, tip and all so there’s no math to figure on your end or surprises. We were very happy with how everything turned out and a lot of our guests raved about the food for days after the wedding was over. He’s not only an amazing chef but if you meet with him you’ll see he’s also an amazing person you’ll love giving your business to as well.
