Located in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, The Blind Pig Kitchen is a farm-to-table restaurant that provides wedding catering services. Owners and husband-and-wife team Toby Diltz and Sarah Walzer take pride in creating stand-out dishes using local, nourishing ingredients. When not from their own six-acre homestead, their produce and proteins come from farms within a 65-mile radius of their restaurant. Toby and Sarah work with farmers and vendors whose utmost priority is the happiness and well-being of their plants, animals, employees, and ecosystem.
When working with The Blind Pig Kitchen, a unique, seasonal menu will be created for your special occasion. The dishes will be based on you and your partner’s one-of-a-kind palettes and preferences. Toby and Sarah can create a number of delectable, multi-course meals that you can share with loved ones. Whether you’d prefer a pig roast, tacos, brunch options, or anything in between, they’re happy to work with you. To align with your reception vision, plated, family, or buffet-style services can be provided.

A California native, Sarah was raised having access to a wide variety of fresh, seasonal produce. After spending 10 years working in the arts in major cities including LA, Berlin and NY, she moved to North Eastern PA, where she and her partner, Toby, started a sustainable, organic farm and restaurant.
Toby Diltz, born and raised in North Eastern PA, grew up on his grandfather's farm, learning to hunt, fish, and preserve the seasons' bounties. He has worked in the food service industry since he was a kid. His interest in sustainable and organic farming led him start a small farm outside Benton, PA, where he and Sarah raise heritage breed hogs, pastured poultry, laying hens, and bees. The farm is home to many species of berry bushes, fruit and nut trees, a greenhouse, and vegetable garden.
