Nichols Heir was the PERFECT venue for my wedding. Living in East Tennessee my options felt somewhat limited for what I wanted: not a barn, mountain views, modern feel. When we found Nichols Heir they were still under construction but I could see the vision straight away. Every part of the space has been carefully considered and though through which made my experience all that much better. The staff were so helpful and kind.

The Nichols Heir venue is truly a dream come true!! All of our guests can’t stop talking about how beautiful the Glass House was and how much it added to our perfect day.

Nichols Heir encompasses multiple picturesque areas for both the ceremony and reception, including the enchanting Garden with breathtaking views, the elegant Glass House and the majestic Grand Hall. We held our ceremony on the lower patio which was simply stunning and the reception in the Glass House which made for a timeless backdrop with our family and friends. The patio outside the Glass House was perfect for cocktail hour and dancing under the stars. Not only is the venue absolutely gorgeous, it comes with countless options included in the cost such as various table sizes, chair styles and colors, and much more.

The owner, Larry McNutt, and his team have thought of everything!! The bridal suite is one of a kind with luxurious hair stylist chairs and light up makeup mirrors, providing lots of space for you and your bridesmaids to get ready and capture stunning photographs. The grooms' suite is equally impressive with televisions, a poker table, shuffleboard table, a shower, kitchen, bar, and more.

The true gem of Nichols Heir is its exceptional staff, particularly Savannah Mynatt, who went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was flawless. The venue also provided a dedicated team of staff members on the big day to handle setup, cleanup, parking, and any other needs. Additionally, they offer lodging recommendations for the wedding party, family, and guests, making the planning process seamless with the help of Sunny Smith.

Working with the preferred vendor list was a breeze, connecting us with a fantastic team of vendors!! The level of care and attention we received at Nichols Heir is over the top, and I cannot recommend this venue enough!!! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and the Nichols Heir staff ensured the day ran flawlessly, even with a last minute change in ceremony plans. Don’t hesitate – book your date at Nichols Heir before they fill up!

Working with Nichols Heir was literally a dream! After a nightmare situation with the last venue (they closed and no one told us, we found out 4 months later by driving by), Nichols Heir really came in and saved the day.

Not only is Megan Mynatt an angel, their whole team is as well! Savannah Mynatt really helped with curating a perfect look for the venue (chairs, tables, rentals- all which the venue has btw). Sunny Smith was amazing with helping all of us with lodging- making sure everyone was comfortable and close to the venue! They actually own multiple cabins, yurts, treehouses in the area and all are less than 15 mins from the venue! Larry McNutt (the owner) even came down to help on our special day to drive the shuttle bus! They had multiple people (10-15) there to help make sure they day went smoothly! They helped with everything from moving the tables and chairs to making sure the guests knew where the bathrooms were to helping the vendors! Anything that was needed, the Nichols Heir team made sure it was taken care of!

Now the venue itself is GORGEOUS! We got married at The Garden: a beautiful outdoor area that over looks the mountains. The reception was followed in the Glass House. It is COMPLETELY glass (one of only 20 in the United States!). It is fully air conditioned, so everyone was comfortable the entire day! You are able to customize everything with their multiple options of table and chairs to fit with your theme and color scheme (we went the more boho look).

Just as good as the venue is the bridal suite and the grooms lounge! The spacious bridal suite was so comfy with its own private bathroom/changing area, salon chairs and light mirrors, multiple plush couches and chairs, and of course the massive mirror perfect for photo ops! It was such a great time getting ready in there with all my girls! It is truly a time I will treasure forever! The boys LOVED the grooms lounge. They had their own bar, shuffle board, poker table, tv- they didn’t want to wedding to start yet lol!

Again, I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH on how amazing Nichols Heir was! They were with me every step of the way! They truly care about what they do. They were so passionate about making the day everything I ever dreamed of. They went above and beyond to make the day go off without a hitch and made it the best day of our lives! Words cannot describe how thankful and grateful I am to have my wedding at Nichols Heir!

We recently celebrated our 10-year vow renewal at The Glass House at Nichols Heir in Sevierville, TN. It was nothing short of magical. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were blown away by the enchanting beauty of the place.
The setting itself is something out of a fairytale. Surrounded by the natural beauty, the venue provided the perfect backdrop for our special day.

The lush greenery and breathtaking views made it feel like a true escape from the ordinary.

They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our day was perfect. Their attention to detail, warm hospitality, and professionalism were evident throughout. They made us feel like royalty and took care of everything, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy the celebration.

The decor and floral setup were nothing short of breathtaking. Every corner of the venue was adorned with elegant and thoughtfully arranged floral arrangements. It added a touch of romance and made the entire place feel even more enchanting. Our guests were in awe of the beauty that surrounded us.

Our vow renewal ceremony was an incredible experience of a lifetime. The ambiance and the support from both the staff and our loved ones made it a day we will cherish forever.

Wow just Wow! We got married at the Nichols Heir estate on May 20th of 2023 in their new garden area. It was absolutely stunning. I started working with the Nichols Heir team in October of 2022 to plan our big day and they were absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. Friendly and Professional - the ultimate combination. They treated me like an absolute princess which is how I felt walking down the aisle at this gorgeous venue. The Bridal Suite was perfect for getting ready and we had plenty of room. Our pictures overlooking the mountain, under the big tree and walking down the walkway with all of the beautiful pops of color and flowers truly made for the perfect day. Our photographer even mentioned how this was such a beautiful property and he enjoyed shooting our wedding. When looking in the area, we originally wanted a venue in the Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area that was near-and-dear to our hearts, but without it looking like it a typical venue from the area. The multiple venues offered by Nichols Heir were absolutely perfect, as they were right up our alley. During our visit, we toured the Garden, which really took your breath away upon seeing the beautiful horizon of the mountains surrounding the peak. It makes you feel like you're in your own world despite being only a few minutes from the hustle-and-bustle of Pigeon Forge. Additionally, the staff was wonderful and provided us with plenty of recommendations that were backed with experience. Our guide, Braden, had so much information to share and seemed more than happy to work with us on our vision. Any time I reached out with a question I received a quick response and always met with kindness.

The team at Nichols Heir seems to be building something truly special. While we did end up deciding to use a different venue for logistic reasons, we know for sure another very happy couple will be taking our place.
