New York PhotoBus is a wedding photo booth service based out of New Rochelle and Kingston, New York. This mobile photo booth service is built inside a vintage Volkswagen Bus. Completely unique, the team promises a thrilling and unforgettable photo experience for both you and your guests. They believe that they’re the best at what they do, simply because they’ve learned from years on the road how to provide excellent service and fun festival culture. Their team will set the scene, create a good vibe, and roll out the red carpet for you and your guests.

NYPhotobus was absolutely amazing!

There are so many good things that I can say about NYPhotobus and Madison that I don’t even know where to start. From the beginning, Madison was fantastic at walking us through his offerings and the experience that photobus could provide for our wedding. It was perfect for what we were looking for. The photobus was more than just a photo booth - it was a place for our guests to gather and hang out. It’s so unique! Our guests were drawn to it and couldn’t stop talking about how cool it was. They loved taking pics on the bus so much that some did it multiple times. Plus, the bus played music and had galaxy lighting, adding a whole other element to our wedding that made it stand out. Madison also offered us the audio guest book so we could listen to messages that our friends and family left for us! We also got the digitals of all the pics that were taken that night on the bus, pics that Madison took himself off the evening, and he organized our guestbook with the photostrips! Madison really went above and beyond. NYPhotobus is not a decision that anyone will regret. I highly recommend booking for your event!

Amazing and unique Photo Booth idea!

This photo bus was such an incredible and unique component of our wedding! I’ve been to so many weddings that have the traditional Photo Booth (which is fun) but this really went above and beyond!!! It looks amazing from the outside. It has such a pleasant aesthetic. They also can collaborate to make it fit your vibe. My absolute favorite part is the lighting. They have this magical light on the top that shined onto the trees and made the forest look like it had fire flies. That probably sounds crazy but you have to see it! Truly magical! The photos came out great and my guests absolutely loved it! Highly recommend!

Never thought the photo area could add so much to a wedding

I was blown away by how much this enhanced the party! You're getting a photo booth anyway, may as well get something that will literally take your party to the next level.

Madison is the man! He listened to the interests of my wife and me, and tailored the experience to them perfectly. During the reception the photo bus was an extension of the party without taking away from the main event and dance floor.

When my wife first found the photo bus I was skeptical; but looking back, I couldn't imagine our wedding without Madison and the Photobus!

Working with Madison was amazing!

We loved our experience with New York Photo Bus. The VW Bus was perfection and everyone loved it! The photo booth was a huge hit with our guests and the sound system and laser lights were an added bonus. So happy we used New York Photo Bus to capture precious memories.

Glowing review

The photobus was a huge hit at our outdoor garden wedding. The photobus was not only incredibly fun for our guests, but it also added such a gorgeous focal point. We had a ton of guests compliment how unique and memorable it was. GO FOR IT!!!!!

Awesome!!!

The photo bus was AWESOME!! We had it for our wedding and it was so fun. All of the guests loved it and the pictures turned out great. It was such a fun addition to the event and would definitely recommend! Madison and his team were professional, punctual, and communicative.

Highly Recommended, Guests Loved NY Photo Bus!!

I want to thank Madison, New York Photo Bus, for the best ever party inside a party! When my daughter and I called New York Photo Bus, Madison instantly made you feel comfortable. He took his time talking with us about our event (wedding) and what type of vibe my daughter was looking for. We sent him ideas, music type, anything we thought would be helpful. He showed up on time got the party started right away. The guests absolutely loved, loved, loved, this unique photo bus! What a blast. Madison, I cannot thank you enough. You truly went above and beyond. Truly a night to remember.

Not Just Any Photobooth, A Full On Experience!

If I could rate Madison and his team six stars, I would in a heartbeat! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. NY Photobus delivered more than I could have imagined when I first found them through my wedding venue, Red Maple Vineyard. I had heard that NY Photobus delivered unique, tailored experiences for their couples, and my goodness, did they deliver. I knew I wanted a unique photobooth and was hoping to find a service that I could use all throughout the wedding, and into the after party. When I spoke to Madison and shared my thoughts, he knew exactly what to deliver. I was looking for something a little less shiny, less boho, that had character and would help play up our disco after party theme. Madison suggested the (brand new at the time) Patina Red VW bus option, and it was exactly what I envisioned (and fully loaded with the exact amount of disco balls and decor I was hoping for). For the after party, we were given the Enchanted Forest Lighting Package, which helped turn our post-wedding into a full on, disco rave theme. Our friends and family haven't stopped talking about how much they loved this bus experience!

I truly cannot say enough great things about this vendor. The experience was A+ from beginning to end. I've recommended NY Photobus to all of my friends who've recently got engaged, and would love to use them again for a future event given the opportunity.

Music video/release party

Madison went above and beyond for my partner and myself. We not only shot a music video using one of his vans he also showed up to our music video release with the same bus! Amazing experience, 10/10 would recommend. Thank you again for everything Madison, book a bus today for a different kind of experience, they brought the magic forsure.
