There are so many good things that I can say about NYPhotobus and Madison that I don’t even know where to start. From the beginning, Madison was fantastic at walking us through his offerings and the experience that photobus could provide for our wedding. It was perfect for what we were looking for. The photobus was more than just a photo booth - it was a place for our guests to gather and hang out. It’s so unique! Our guests were drawn to it and couldn’t stop talking about how cool it was. They loved taking pics on the bus so much that some did it multiple times. Plus, the bus played music and had galaxy lighting, adding a whole other element to our wedding that made it stand out. Madison also offered us the audio guest book so we could listen to messages that our friends and family left for us! We also got the digitals of all the pics that were taken that night on the bus, pics that Madison took himself off the evening, and he organized our guestbook with the photostrips! Madison really went above and beyond. NYPhotobus is not a decision that anyone will regret. I highly recommend booking for your event! -

This photo bus was such an incredible and unique component of our wedding! I’ve been to so many weddings that have the traditional Photo Booth (which is fun) but this really went above and beyond!!! It looks amazing from the outside. It has such a pleasant aesthetic. They also can collaborate to make it fit your vibe. My absolute favorite part is the lighting. They have this magical light on the top that shined onto the trees and made the forest look like it had fire flies. That probably sounds crazy but you have to see it! Truly magical! The photos came out great and my guests absolutely loved it! Highly recommend! -

The photobus was a huge hit at our outdoor garden wedding. The photobus was not only incredibly fun for our guests, but it also added such a gorgeous focal point. We had a ton of guests compliment how unique and memorable it was. GO FOR IT!!!!! -

I want to thank Madison, New York Photo Bus, for the best ever party inside a party! When my daughter and I called New York Photo Bus, Madison instantly made you feel comfortable. He took his time talking with us about our event (wedding) and what type of vibe my daughter was looking for. We sent him ideas, music type, anything we thought would be helpful. He showed up on time got the party started right away. The guests absolutely loved, loved, loved, this unique photo bus! What a blast. Madison, I cannot thank you enough. You truly went above and beyond. Truly a night to remember. -

If I could rate Madison and his team six stars, I would in a heartbeat! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. NY Photobus delivered more than I could have imagined when I first found them through my wedding venue, Red Maple Vineyard. I had heard that NY Photobus delivered unique, tailored experiences for their couples, and my goodness, did they deliver. I knew I wanted a unique photobooth and was hoping to find a service that I could use all throughout the wedding, and into the after party. When I spoke to Madison and shared my thoughts, he knew exactly what to deliver. I was looking for something a little less shiny, less boho, that had character and would help play up our disco after party theme. Madison suggested the (brand new at the time) Patina Red VW bus option, and it was exactly what I envisioned (and fully loaded with the exact amount of disco balls and decor I was hoping for). For the after party, we were given the Enchanted Forest Lighting Package, which helped turn our post-wedding into a full on, disco rave theme. Our friends and family haven't stopped talking about how much they loved this bus experience!
I truly cannot say enough great things about this vendor. The experience was A+ from beginning to end. I've recommended NY Photobus to all of my friends who've recently got engaged, and would love to use them again for a future event given the opportunity. -

Music video/release party
Madison went above and beyond for my partner and myself. We not only shot a music video using one of his vans he also showed up to our music video release with the same bus! Amazing experience, 10/10 would recommend. Thank you again for everything Madison, book a bus today for a different kind of experience, they brought the magic forsure. -

I'm obsessed with Volkswagen vans so when I saw NY PhotoBus at a wedding show I knew I had to have them come to our wedding. Our guests had so much fun in the bus and our photographer captured some really beautiful photos of us in front of the bus too! The ambience was so cool and I loved how they printed out two copies of each photo strip- one for the guests and one for our guestbook! -

Amazing & Fun Addition for your Wedding Day!
If we could give them ten stars we would! If you are looking for a truly special and unique experience to add to your wedding this is it! We had researched adding a photobus for our special day but thanks to selecting New York Photo Bus we got so much more then we ever expected. After researching multiple vendors, Madison was the only one who asked to speak to and get to know us over the phone. From the very beginning he was personable and understood exactly what we wanted - he cared enough to ask questions and made sure he was in touch to finalize all details throughout. After we saw pictures and spoke to him we knew it would be a perfect fit. As our wedding was at a beautiful venue in upstate New York having this awesome retro VW bus outside gave our guests the options to explore both indoors and outdoors. In fact, due to the great music and beautiful lights that were included in the package, most of our guests ended up hanging outside all night. The team who worked our event were both professional and fun to work with, and we heard the same positive feedback from all of our guests (most of which have already asked what is the next event the bus can be part of). New York Photo Bus truly helped make our day something we will always remember - we are so grateful for their team and cannot wait to work with them again! -

Wow wow wow! What a way to truly amaze people at my wedding. From our first phone consultation to even after the wedding madison blew me away. He is kind, caring & passionate about what he does. He really cares to make your event exactly what you describe & envision. Madison goes above and beyond for his clients. Our wedding was truly something special and everyone raves about this gorgeous bus where we were able to take photos inside and outside . He kept the party going well into the morning hours with great music / lights and great vibes!!
My husband and I could not of been more pleased with Madison and the New York PhotoBus ! Worth every penny & if you want an event people will talk about forever , definitely go with them! Xo thank you -

I have been in contact with Madison since June of 2019! My wedding was scheduled for June 2020 but was impacted by COVID. My fiance and I had to postpone not once, but twice! Madison has been so professional and compassionate during this whole process while in uncharted territory of pandemic wedding planning! He worked with our new dates, with no question. We had to change our previously scheduled bus, but he did everything he could based on the constraints of what was available. But, honestly, all of his buses/trailers are so cute - it is a win/win for us!
Madison is beyond passionate about what he does, it is infectious! But not only that, he really makes sure the photo bus is set up exactly to your vibe! It is a truly catered experience, all the way down to the music, props, decorations, lighting - you name it. Although we haven't had our wedding yet, I have no doubt this will be the highlight of our wedding! It is something my fiance and I are most excited for!!! -

The NY Photo Bus is truly the most unique part of any wedding!! All of our guests were asking how we got a bus inside our venue, and let me tell you the pictures did not disappoint! Madison and his colleague, Harmony were organized and efficient and created such an amazing experience of an otherwise “typical” photo booth. Everyone was raving about the bus and it’s unique flare!!! :)

Madison and his NY Photobus were nothing short of an absolutely magical addition to our wedding. We expected a bus... with a photobooth (duh!), but we had no idea that the real treats were the vibe, atmosphere, and personality that it would bring to our festivities. Not to mention that he somehow managed to create a mystically illuminated field behind our wedding tent with lasers attached to the bus. Once the carpet is rolled out and the music starts playing, you begin to realize that this bus can be a special party all on its own. It was a huge hit with our guests and the candid shots we got from it were EVERY BIT as good (and in some ways even better) than our actual wedding photos. We just had our second wedding anniversary and everyone is still talking about the Photobus--seriously. If you're thinking about doing it, just do it! You WILL NOT regret it, and you will have the pleasure of befriending the owner, Madison, a passionate visionary on a mission to spread joy through his work. -

Best wedding event fun experience a+++
We had experienced New York Photo Bus at another event and it always stuck in our minds. When planning our wedding it was an easy choice to add New York Photo Bus to our festivities. There are only pluses to having this attraction to our and your event. New York Photo Bus takes care of everything and handcrafts all elements, props music & lighting to your specifications. Working with Madison and his company NY Photo Bus was fantastic. His photo bus and his personality added a great element of fun to a wedding I was producing at Fox Fire Mountain House this summer.
Not only did all the guests enjoy getting their photos taken in such a cool bus but Madison added a few extra fun features with his great sound system and incredible light show. It is truly a party in a bus!
Even when the wedding ended the fun did not...Madison stayed for the after hour party providing everything we needed to keep the fun going.
I highly recommend NY Photo Bus for your next event!

We absolutely LOVED having NY Photobus at our wedding. We chose the Grateful Dead van and wooden dancing bears to elevate our music festival themed wedding on a farm. Madison helped us create a day into night experience with photos and audio guestbook during the wedding, and a sparkly forest and lightshow after party all from the bus!
Our guests had the best time and the voicemails they left on the phone are insanely more special than just the pictures alone! We LOVED the vibes this vendor brought and those are certainly unique to Madison and his team. Thank you so so so so much for bringing our vision to life! -

NYPhotobus was freaking awesome! This is what your wedding needs as the final touch. Not only were my guests so in awe of the adorable baby blue VW Bus decked out with a vintage rug, light up sign, and other adorable decor items, but they had so much fun in Madison's whip rocking out to music and taking photos with friends and family. The photos they collected throughout the night will be cherished forever! I love that we were able to give that gift to our guests instead of sending them home with matches or some other corny throw-away-favor. Bonus - you get to create your own artwork for the photostrips!
