I did not have a specific vision for my flowers and New Leaf helped give me direction. Their work was incredible and the service could not be beat!

I have used new leaf several times not one of the most reliable and affordable florists in the area. My brides were more than happy with their orders. Cant wait to work with them again!

Melissa at New Leaf was so understanding when I said i don't have wedding colors, but still completely understood my style and what I was looking for! Everything was stunning and exactly what i had envisioned. She even came up to the bridal sweet to "crown me" with my flower crown and made sure it was secure. Super thankful for her and her team and the thought that they put into our flowers!

My husband and I loved everything about our florist! Two months before my wedding I walked into New Leaf and I didn't even have an appointment. I was able to meet with Charlotte (one of the talented florist designers at New Leaf) and we talked for about an hour of what I wanted for my dream wedding. Later that same day she had a quote already for me. After speaking to my husband about it we decided to book the date. When it came time for the wedding day at 3pm shape Charlotte arrived with her time and they got right to work. The table decorations were perfect! Exactly what I thought up in my head. And the bridle party flowers came out even better then I imaged. Thank you so much Charlotte and New Leaf team!!

I hate to write this review, but it has been weighing on my for months now. I have loved admired New Leaf for years so when it came time for my wedding reception, it was a no brainer. I met with Melissa on multiple occasions and had requested budding branches, simple arrangements and my favorite flowers, ranunculus, in blue and white vases which I would provide. Everything was confirmed later via email and a very simple palette of white and natural greens. As you can see from the photos, nothing is as planned. (these were the best looking arrangements of the group my photographer said)
When picking up my bouquet at the shop earlier that day, I caught sight go the flowers and expressed concerns that it was nothing what we had agreed on, Melissa said they would be tweaked and fixed before being delivered. Clearly they were not. Afterwards, I had multiple people comment on the dead flowers hanging on the sides of vases. Looking at photos, I can't get over the poorly designed arrangements and the BRIGHT COLORS, plus, I did not see any ranunculus which were specifically requested. Its embarrassing and upsetting still to think about.
When I went into the shop the next week, they did apologize and admit to doing poor work. I was told they had a very large wedding at the Country Club the same night so my reception was not the priority. (from looking on social media the other reception had bright colors so my flowers were the leftovers, they didn't even order any in for me it seems) The did not charge me the remaining of my balance for the flowers to make up for it, but still, four months later, I am shocked. You would think a flower shop would send an apology arrangement or a hand written card.
From other reviews and my prior experience with New Leaf, this is not their typical work, but I felt the need to share my experience with others since it has had such an impact on me.
