I originally booked Nate last summer after I got engaged. My husband and I did our engagement shoot that Fall and the pictures were great! Some of the poses (on me personally) weren't very flattering, but a lot of our other photos were beautiful! He worked with me all the way up to my wedding and went above and beyond to capture all of the important parts of our wedding day. Great price, great quality, and easy to work with. We can't wait to get our wedding photos back!! Thank you Nate for all that you've done for us!!

Nate is the absolute best!!! He was our photographer for our engagement pictures and wedding and we definitely will use him in the future for any photo needs! Not only is he beyond talented and creative, but he is also extremely easy-going, fun to work with, and he made us feel so comfortable throughout the entire process. His photos are absolutely stunning!!! He surprised us with sneak peeks the day after our wedding and turned around our final edited full set of photos about a month later and we are blown away by how incredible they all are! His attention to detail and artistic eye is so evident in every single photo!

We hired Nate Heckenberger to capture our wedding earlier this year. I liked the artistic shots on his instagram and could tell he knew when to use depth, how to capture in a photojournalistic style, and where to find the unique shots that could make a wedding album. He did not dissapoint!

We couldn't be happier with the incredible photos he delivered from our wedding. It rained half the day and you wouldn't know it from the photos. He captured the best, fleeting moments - even if they were just seconds long. I don't know how Nate and his second shooter were always where the best shot was about to happen, but they were.

I can't recommend Nate enough. He could charge 50% more and still be a bargain!

Nate was one of the first vendors I hired for our wedding, originally scheduled for September 2020. I was really impressed by his portfolio which highlights his ability to capture great "action" shots - we wanted our wedding to feel like a big party, so this was important to us. From the get-go, Nate's professionalism and communication were on point. When COVID pushed our plans out by a year, he was flexible and accommodating in booking an alternate date. When the day finally arrived, Nate and his second photographer were prompt, professional, and easy to work with. We confided in him that we were planning to make a big announcement at our reception, and they captured the crowd reaction perfectly! Altogether they captured every moment of our day, from getting ready through the end of the night, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Nate has the essential ability of a wedding photographer to blend into the background so that guests don't even know they're being photographed in their most joyous, uninhibited moments. Can't say enough about the quality and quantity of the photos, as well as the professionalism. Don't hesitate to book Nate!

Nate was the perfect photographer for our wedding on October 3, at Brandywine Manor House. He was extremely easy to work with. He was very efficient with the pre-ceremony pictures and we know he captured some great party pictures as well. We would recommend him to anyone who needs a photographer

We found Nate and all his great work from following our venue online and prior weddings he had taken part in there...needless to say we are so glad we found him! He went above and beyond from the beginning! He was willing to go way out of his way for us to go to a cool new spot for our engagement session and stayed well beyond the allotted time to help get to know us better and get some awesome shots at sunset! He does an excellent job bringing the beauty of outdoors and people into each picture. Then when COVID hit he was more than willing to switch wedding dates with us even if it meant taking away from time on his holiday vacation (July 4th, 2020). Again, he went above and beyond and came early to the venue and stayed till the very end approx 11 hours (even after we talked about a 9 hour time frame) just to capture moments with my bridesmaids and of course sparklers to end the night! He is a great person and great at what he does! Highly recommend him and looking forward to using him again in the future for all our adventures ahead!

Nate is the absolute best. If you’re looking for unique, beautiful photos, hire Nate!! We hired him for our wedding, after seeing my cousin and best friend use Nate as well. Their photos ad now our photos, are absolutely incredible and SO stunning. On top of that, Nate is so personable and fun. He was down to take photos wherever and had some great ideas for amazing shots. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

I found Nate simply via Google searching and I certainly lucked out!! Nate is an incredible photographer and creative genius! We were beyond thrilled with how our wedding vision unfolded and Nate's talent, skill, patience and awesomeness was the truest reason for that! He was so easy to work with, great with all the kids we had part of our wedding party and was on top of everything, jumping right into the craziness of the day!! Our final photos not only blew us away with the editing, but they came so quick and were so easy to work with!

Nate did an awesome job at our wedding on 9/21/19. He is amazing at what he does, low key, and listens to everything you want for that day. I would definitely recommend booking him for your wedding! You won’t regret it. He’s amazing!!!

Nate did a fantastic job for our wedding! He's laid-back, easy to work with, affordable, and most importantly- an artist. We're gotten a ridiculous number of compliments on our engagement and wedding photos. We both were nervous about being photographed/being on the spot, but Nate made us feel comfortable and we ended up having fun with it. His photos are phenomenal, and made our wedding look like a fairy-tale. To me, the photographer was the most important choice of the wedding, since you keep those photos forever, and I couldn't be happier that we picked Nate. Highly highly recommend.
