The Edgewater Beach Hotel was a perfect location to have our small destination wedding. We could not believe our eyes when we saw that the package options were actually affordable and fantastic looking! We were originally supposed to get married on Sanibel Island, but Hurricane Ian destroyed our wedding venue. After a lot of panicked searching we came upon the Edgewater Beach Hotel. We wanted to keep our wedding in Southwest Florida if at all possible to keep our original vendors. A few of them had worked with this hotel before and said it was a great choice, so we moved forward.

From the very beginning we were impressed with Edgewater. The main things that stood out to us were how friendly and helpful the staff were, how beautiful the beach was, and how delicious the food was. We went to visit in January to do a menu tasting and were just blown away with how nice everyone was that we worked with, and with how good the food was. We chose two entrees to taste and actually could not decide between them - they were that good. We ended up doing a duet plate!

Leading up to the wedding we were so impressed with communication from the hotel staff about our big day. They were efficient and thorough and we felt like all we had to do for our wedding was show up!

The main staff members we communicated with were Paige and Maci. Paige did more behind-the-scenes work but she was fantastic. She took care of everything that we needed and we really enjoyed working with her. Maci was absolutely amazing. She was there for the wedding itself and took care of literally anything we could have needed. She was so nice and sweet and easy to work with and I really liked working with her!

For the wedding itself we had the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner/dancing on the beach. I was anxious about the weather and probability of rain, but it held off and it was perfectly clear and beautiful! I am not going to lie - it was hot out there - but it was just so pretty and perfect! The sand was so white and the water was crystal clear. It was everything I could have dreamed of. The food at our reception was delicious - serious props to the chef - and everyone is still talking about the lobster roll appetizer. I was so happy to have a delicious meal for everyone. The steak and grouper were so good and everyone really enjoyed it. Our vegetarian sister-in-law was super pleased with her vegetarian meal as well!

Overall, the Edgewater was a perfect venue for our small wedding. The hotel itself was beautiful to stay in and our penthouse room offered plenty of getting ready space. I cannot wait to come back here to celebrate an anniversary in the future!

This venue specializes in small groups and made our wedding absolutely perfect. Their preferred vendors are amazing to work with and their new event manager Shannon is very informative, responsive, and sweet. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a small event on the beach.

I love this venue and the quality of service is amazing. Everybody who works at the hotel is friendly, kind and professional. The venue looks like a “dream come true” and we can’t wait to get married here

We had such a good experience at Edgewater! Our wedding was perfect and everything ran so smooth the day of the wedding. Even with unexpected rain, the Edgewater crew did a great job of covering everything up to avoid anything being ruined. Sandy did a good job of answering emails and accommodated everything I asked for. We were able to do everything outside - ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, which is exactly what we wanted. It was perfect!

The Edgewater Beach Hotel gave us the best memory of our lives. We had our wedding there 4 days ago and to say it was beautiful is an understatement. From the initial planning and coordination with the function/catering manager Sandy Lachfield, it was a stress free process. The actual day of the beach wedding and outdoor reception blew us away. The personal touches they provided and the way they set everything up, it exceeded all expectations. I knew it would be beautiful but in no way did we expect what we received. It was pure joy and all day/evening everyone at our event constantly came up to us and stated it was one of the prettiest and fun weddings they attended. The food was phenomenal and even 4 days later, our friends are talking about it. The room we stayed in was beyond 5 stars. Just every detail they took extra special care to have it be a memorable day. It was a memory we will never forget. Thank you so much. A stunning location with beautiful beach access. Our food was amazing. The cake which is included in the package-also amazing! The chef went above and beyond and brought some bubbly to the ladies while we got ready in our beach front suite. The rooms are great for a bridal party to get ready with multiple large spaces for mirrors and electrical outlets and great lighting. There is kitchenette to house your champagne and OJ for mimosas and snacks to keep your party from fainting during your ceremony. Sandy is the wedding event coordinator and she worked closely with our wedding planner to make sure the hotel had everything set to go for the event. I plan to go back to this hotel for vacation!

The Edgewater Beach hotel was perfect for our wedding plans and it was such a beautiful day. It rained on our wedding day and we had to have the ceremony inside, but it was still beautiful. Everyone was always so accommodating during the process and even the day of the wedding. Anjelica was great to work with and made sure everything went just as we planned. Highly recommend this venue if you want a small wedding and reception that is beautiful!

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about our wedding at Edgewater Beach Hotel. From the start of our planning, Anjelica, the event coordinator, was very responsive, informative, flexible, and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions. It felt like she was our personal wedding planner and she did everything to make our special day one we (and our guests) will never forget. Not only did our wedding look spectacular but the customer service from everyone (from the bellboys to bartenders and waitstaff) at Edgewater was spectacular. Chef Bill catored to us during our entire stay and every guest of ours that stayed at the hotel knew him by name. He gave us personal attention that we never had expected. The rooms which have all been recently remodeled were so beautiful and spacious. Not to mention the group rate very reasonable for an all-suite Naples Hotel right on the beach. Everything from the most perfect beach backdrop for our ceremony, to the delicious food, to Anjelica's ability to bring our wedding vision alive made Edgewater the perfect choice for our wedding.

I know everyone raves about Anjelica in these reviews, but she worked so hard to make our day PERFECT!!! From the moment I began talking to her about having my wedding at Edgewater, she responded back to me the fastest out of all the hotels in the area. Everything was able to be customized in our wedding! From the menu to all the small details! She was a pleasure to work with and she fit right in with my whole family! We even had her dancing at the end of the reception!!! She worked her butt off and I got to have the best day of my life because of it!!! The whole staff at Edgewater made us feel right at home! We had an open bar and Randi was bringing us shots to the dance floor!! I've never been to a wedding where that happened! She surprised everyone!!! Even throughout our whole stay, each member of the staff knew who we were and made sure we were satisfied! Cory at the pool bar was amazing! I felt like he was apart of my family! We talked to him almost everyday and made sure to be down at the bar for sunset if he was working! If I had to do it all over again, I couldn't have picked a better place to have my wedding! My husband and I, and all of our guests, cannot wait to go back to Edgewater next year!!!!!!
