Jennifer recently baked an amazing carrot cake for our wedding. She was wonderful to work with as I narrowed down my cake selection. We were working to accommodate some gluten free guests and while GF baking is not her focus, she worked at it and came up with an amazing GF carrot cake to go with our regular cake. I got SOOO many compliments at the wedding, and after the wedding, about our cake (both the regular and the GF versions) and many friends who later admitted to taking 2 pieces :-)
