Working with Suzanne at Morningstar Entertainment was awesome! She is so thorough and organized, I knew that our big day would be perfect. We did a full breakdown of the day in the most detailed spreadsheet, she made sure she had all our playlists organized, and she answered every question we had. Our DJ was Sean King and we LOVED him! He was so fun and full of energy! Our reception was a blast, thanks to him!

So much fun!!! I first met Suzanne, the owner of Morningstar, when I was an event coordinator for a venue in Sacramento. We instantly hit it off! She is so sweet and full of energy, and truly wants everyone around the event to have a good time. When it came time for my own wedding, she was the first vendor I booked! She provided us with a detailed document for us to add our song requests to and met with us to discuss exactly what we did and did not want included on our big day. My husband and I have an eclectic taste in music, and she worked with it, no questions asked. On the day of, everyone had a blast. Guests enjoyed the photo booth (complete with props), and almost everyone (including my grandpa) got up and danced! If you are looking for a good time, you will find it with Suzanne!

Rachele was amazing! She was so thourough in our meeting that we had no concerns for our wedding day. She played all the songs we asked for, and made smooth transitions which made the night seamless. She even asked us if we woild like her to have people stop coming up to our table so we could eat, which we appreciated so much! I definitely recommend using MorningStar Entertainment as your DJ!

MorningStar Entertainment has been amazing thus far. They have been very helpful with all questions and quick to answer. They even agreed to a special inclusion I want and I couldn't be more excited.

I had DJ Elliot at my wedding and I couldn't be happier with his presence. He checked in on us and kept us well informed throughout the whole day. He even asked if we had everything we wanted/needed outside of DJ services. He was friendly and approachable. Kept the day running right along. He was perfect for our event. We even received CD's with our wedding music on them (an amazing surprise that I was so happy receive). I would definitely recommend the company, and Elliot, for your event.

Suzanne was the best to work with! She was do organized and did exactly what we asked! She was always in contact with us and other vendors to ensure everything would flow together perfectly. Besides being an amazing and fun dj, she was a huge help in getting the structure and flow of the wedding night together. We met twice before the wedding and had many phone calls and emails exchanged to make sure we were always on the same page. Everyone loved her music style and she even brought extra fun lighting for us to use during the reception! I would highly recommend Suzanne to anyone looking to have a great time at their wedding! Our dMce floor was packed the entire time and everyone had a blast!

Suzanne aided us in the planning of our wedding entertainment, and her husband Randy and DJ assistant Mick were the ones who made the entertainment happen! Everyone I dealt with was very nice, personable, and accommodating. Their prices were very reasonable. I was a little nervous going with one of the least expensive options that I found, but I took my chances, and I'm glad that I did. They were wonderful. We did have one little hiccup with setting up in the proper power source; therefore, we lost electricity a few times in the later part of the reception. Fortunately, people thought it was fun and even more entertaining. So I guess they still succeeded in providing entertainment for the party! Overall, they were professional, flexible, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with!

Suzanne and Randy are amazing. They are professional,detail oriented,organized and cater to your needs. They provided dj services, photo booth and lighting. All my guest complimented on the fun photo booths, beautiful lighting and that the dj was awesome

We had our wedding on April 25th and bought the Living Social deal for Morningstar. I was very apprehensive about buying a “coupon” for DJ services, but I have to say I was blown away by Suzanne and our DJ Johnny with Morningstar. We got married on a Friday so were able to purchase the deal for over half price and it was worth every single penny! We did have to add on an additional sound system for the ceremony area, but it was still in our budget and worth it. I only met with Suzanne one time and had several phone and text conversations with her before the wedding. She had a great, comprehensive list for me to fill out that went over everything under the sun you might miss thinking of. I also made a separate song list for them to go off of. Johnny was our DJ the day of and did a great job and everyone loved him! All of our songs were perfect and played at exactly the right time and everything flowed exactly like it was supposed to. We even got an amazing LED lighting package for our space and it was great. All of our guests loved the music and the toast game and said it was a fantastic wedding. I would highly recommend Morningstar Entertainment for DJ & lighting services.

Suzanne with MorningStar Entertainment put a lot of effort with planning and coordinating our wedding (not just the music but extras as well) such as the ceremony, games, etc. She responded to my emails and phone calls every single time.

Randy was our DJ. He did an excellent job! We didn't get to meet with him before the day of the wedding because of scheduling but all of the extra phone calls and emails with Suzanne made things flow smoothly. I worked with Suzanne throughout the entire process getting our timing and music down. She is very quick with correspondence and extremely detailed. She also had a lot of great ideas for our wedding--including playing the shoe game, which was a HUGE hit!

The DJ for our wedding was Randy. Randy started the party and kept it going. He kept the dance floor alive all night! He did such a great job emceeing the day and transitioning the music throughout. He kept everything on track and made the day run smooth. He even checked on my husband and I a few times to see if we needed drink refills!
