We knew of Moonshadows Farm because they are local to us in the Poconos. As soon as I was engaged, I knew we had to use their jams as our wedding favors. They are a favorite of ours and we loved the idea of using a local food for our out-of-town visitors. We worked with Jim and the whole process was incredibly smooth and easy. We used a variety of jam and honey, and even ordered some soaps to use in our bathrooms so that everything would match. We made our own labels and Jim and his team assembled everything for us. They looked fantastic! Our guests loved them so much we had none left over. We served some at cocktail hour so people could sample the flavors we had (Strawberry-Rhubarb Jam, Raspberry Jalapeno Jam, Orange Marmalade, Blueberry Honey, Cinnamon Honey, and Clover Honey) and people went crazy for them. I highly recommend using them for your favors, or even just to purchase for your daily use!
