This venue is beautiful. They have and outdoor stage area with the vineyard crops in the backdrop. Great place for taking wedding photos too! This stage area has a small fee for the vendor to get out and put away the chairs. You will have to set them up, but they will bring them in 80 or so at a time in a few crates to where you set them up at.
The couple that owns the place were very friendly. They'll give you a map and an idea of the layout for the reception. They also asked what was expected from us and we followed it exactly (put chairs on tables, advise guest the wine glasses aren't souvenirs) and got our full deposit back. Easy to work with.
As far as the reception, it is held in their pavilion. It has white lights and a couple chandeliers which make it look great inside, especially after 9 pm where the glow of the lights starts coming in. Because of the well decorated pavilion, our decorations were minimal because it already looked great inside. And if it gets colder at night, they do have clear wind guards to keep the wind from blowing everything as well as heaters to keep everyone at a decent temp.
Their price was great too. A lot of places we had looked at were charging more. They also let us bring in our own catering service (or make our own), which is a plus. We had to have their bar service which was good because we didn't have to worry about licensing and serving our own. But the prices were a little higher, as it would have been better to have the option to buy a keg or buy the wine by the bottle.
Overall, I was impressed and would recommend to others.
