The Lincoln Marriott Cornhusker Hotel

The Cornhusker was such as phenomenal choice for our wedding reception! They were responsive, accommodated our requests, and gave us the day of our dreams. Our day-of-coordinator helped us plan our food and bar menu, and schedule our day perfectly. We are so grateful for such a wonderful space!

Everyone was wonderful and flexible during this pandemic. It eased my mind knowing that they were making sure everything went smoothly so I could enjoy the day and my new hubby.

The cornhusker staff helped all of our visions come true. With the help of Nick and his team, we transformed the upstairs ballroom into a classic, elegant wedding dream. They were very accommodating, professional, and willing! I wish we could get married again next weekend just to relive the reception and all its glory. Best place to have your wedding reception, hands down!!

The Cornhusker is long-standing tradition for wedding receptions in my family, as both my mother and sister celebrated their marriages in the grand ballroom. So, when I got engaged, it was a no-brainer to choose this venue. Patrick, Nick, Jana, and Irish helped us work out not only the ceremony space, but also cocktail hour and the reception. Nick coordinated rooms for bride/groom getting-ready and a hospitality room as well. They even notified us of another large Lincoln event and recommended a large room block because they knew hotel rooms would be of short supply. We had a delightful food tasting, which allowed us to choose our favorite appetizers/dinner and the chef was friendly and very accommodating to our needs. They coordinated with all of our vendors without a hitch. Even the smallest requested details were acknowledged, having water in the getting-ready rooms, luggage transported from room to room, being greeted with a beverage immediately after the ceremony, having wedding gifts transported to a secure location after the ceremony, extra food packaged into a mini-fridge in the honeymoon suite in case we didn't have time to eat dinner, cake/decor stored until the next day, and we were surprised with a dessert plate upon arriving to our room as a married couple with personal congratulatory notes from the staff. We were spoiled for the after-wedding breakfast with Maisy as our server, who kept high spirits even before we had our coffee AND served in a timely fashion for guests who were heading out of town. We are honored to have our historic photo as Mr. and Mrs. on THE staircase! Thank you to everyone involved in our event, it was better than a fairytale!

We are so glad we picked The Lincoln Marriott Cornhusker Hotel!! The customer service was great all across the board. The facilities were also elegant but were easy to implement your own style and theme in. We worked directly with Nick and he was flexible with meeting times and helped us plan and have the day we wanted! We wouldn’t have changed at thing!

My husband and I are very grateful to have held our wedding and ceremony here. Everything went perfectly from planning to the end of our event. All the staff was so friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure our questions were answered and that we had everything that we needed. The food was amazing as well. All of our guests also commented on how delicious the food was. I would highly recommend using the Cornhusker Marriott for your wedding because we are very happy with our experience.

Great wedding coordinator, great atmosphere.. Very friendly staff. We had a our ceremony and reception in the Renaissance Room. They were so organized and helpful. They went above and beyond of what we expected. I would recommend them to everyone... Food was fantastic! A+++++++

This hotel had amazing service and offered us so many options for our wedding. We found a package and room that best fit our vision and they got to work from there. They were completely accommodating to whatever we needed and were there to meet with us whenever we had questions. Our reception turned out absolutely beautiful and we truly had the best experience there. We couldn’t have asked for a better day!

GET MARRIED HERE! The Marriott goes above and beyond to pamper their bride and groom, and we did not have to worry about anything on the big day! They took care of everything from set up to tear down, provided a mock reception, fully decorated, to help couples experience a wedding at the Cornhusker before planning theirs! I cannot thank Nicholas Sanders enough, he went the extra 12 miles to make it a great experience for us. He was even the one to open the doors for me before I walked down the aisle! Thank you, thank you, thank you to all the staff who made us feel like King and Queen. We appreciate every little detail!

The Cornhusker was the perfect venue for our wedding reception! When I walked into my reception it looked amazing and the decorations and centerpieces were just as I imagined. Mary was our Event Manager and was wonderful to work with from beginning to end, as well as our banquet manager, Jason who was there the night of to make sure everything went smoothly. We received many compliments from our guests about our reception venue and how beautiful everything looked. They take care of everything for you, from setup to take down and are very accommodating. Highly recommend!
