Kathy's organization was outstanding and was exactly what we needed amongst the chaos that was otherwise surrounding us while planning our wedding. Her process of getting to know us via our initial visit and her questionnaire is great, and her ability to take that information and tailor a personalized ceremony script was incredible. She provided great insight & suggestions to help us create the exact ceremony that we wanted, and her delivery during the ceremony itself was impeccable. We cannot thank her enough for all of that! We received many compliments from our wedding guests regarding the content of our ceremony.

We would highly recommend Kathy's services to any couple that is planning a non religious ceremony. We didn't have a clue as to how to start planning our ceremony but she made the process easy by guiding us step by step. Wedding planning can get a bit stressful at times on top of the busyness of every day life. So we were very appreciative of how organized and calm she was. Kathy was helpful in providing us with final reminders and tips. I really appreciated her advice to remember to breathe while reading vows! We also thought it was very kind of her to give us a keepsake copy of our ceremony and vows. It was very thoughtful of to print the keepsake copy on quality paper and bound together with fancy ribbon, a small detail that did not go unnoticed! Thank goodness for rehearsal! She had us more than well prepared to face our guests on the big day. Ultimately, our ceremony was just the way we had imagined it. It was intimate and very personalized to us. Some words that guests used to describe our ceremony: genuine, heartfelt, and meaningful. One guest mentioned that she had done an amazing job at keeping the focus on us the entire time.

We loved our ceremony by Kathy. She works hard to ensure the ceremony is unique and truly personal. It was fun getting to write up the questions she asked of us of each other and drafting the ceremony script. Kathy is also very organized and reliable. I don't know how she managed to wrangle together our crazy wedding party during the rehearsal but she made sure they were focused and understanding everything they needed to do. I was extremely grateful because we would have been stuck for hours trying to get everyone to settle down and pay attention. Thank you for everything, Kathy!

Kathy was wonderful to work with through our whole ceremony planning and understanding of the crazy that kicks in the day before/of the wedding. She helped us develop our ceremony (guided us) as we ran with what we wanted to do and say. I wish I had another event to plan just to work with her again! The only helpful thing I can think of to say is this: If a meaningful ceremony is what you're looking for, pick Kathy. If a flexible officiant is what you're looking for, pick Kathy. If a kind, compassionate, and organized person is what you're looking for in an officiant, pick Kathy. Seriously. She is 100% worth it.

We had so many people share with us how great they thought the wedding was and how personal everything felt. She took into account everything we wanted to share and were open to our changes. Kathy was a delight to work with. She was orderly, personable, and reliable. Best of all, she was extremely flexible. With her suggestions, we custom-built our ceremony from the ground up. We were even able to include our own unity ritual idea, in which we and our guests placed our thumbprints as leaves on a tree picture. She took the time to get to know us, and included our own words in the ceremony, such as our hopes and dreams, as well as the story of how we met.

Kathy also added a stabilizing force, both in wedding planning by providing clear deadlines, and on the wedding day by calmly but firmly gathering everyone and making sure everyone knew exactly what to do and when. It was a welcome touch, especially on a day when chaos may easily take over.
