The Grand Ballroom is the largest wedding venue at the hotel. It is 7,748 square feet with regal decor, 16-foot ceilings, and the ability to hold up to 600 guests. The Crown Ballroom is a charming venue for up to 250 guests and is located on the top floor of the hotel. It has gorgeous views of the Nashville skyline and rolling hills of Tennessee. If you are interested in an outdoor ceremony, the open-air Pavilion is available for couples with a guest list of 200 people or less. Your guests will approach on a landscaped walkway full of beautifully manicured lawns and gorgeous flowers. Additionally the hotel offers shuttle services to downtown Nashville as well as on-site parking and wheelchair access.
Millennium Maxwell House Hotel has 26,000 square feet of flexible meeting space to offer and is able to accommodate a variety of events with ease. The event staff will help you create a gorgeous wedding that you and your guests will look back on fondly for years to come. I had my wedding reception here in October. The food was wonderful and the set up was so elegant and nice. It was in the crown ballroom which is gorgeous! The staff made my party feel totally catered to and at ease! I would recommend this beautiful venue to anyone!Sent on 01/29/2013
