The customer service and professionalism was the best. Knowing how stressful wedding planning can be. They were very flexible and understanding when our numbers were fluctuating. The installation and break down/pick up crew were great. I highly recommend this company to anyone and plan to use them again for future events.

They are cheep but be warned the tents are as well. I'm sure that would be OK for a child's party, but this was not wedding quality tents.

I got a 20x60 and it was just under 800 with 100 tables and chairs. Great price, right? Yea, but they gave me two tents (1 - 20x20, 1 - 20x40) and they were TWO DIFFERENT COLORS!!(Yellow/beige & White) I mean seriously, WTF?? This was for an engagement party, which was communicated to them, and looked so ugly and unprofessional that I was embarrassed to host the party. Who even does that without even telling the client beforehand?

Also, on a separate note: It is difficult when communicating with them. It seems one person answers the phone and another answers the email. Very annoying when you talk with one person, then another and neither know what the other told you.

Poor service. They are very unprofessional.

it was my son's graduation party. he promised to set up the tent one day before my party but he did not show up.we called him many times he did not pick up phone and on the day of party we were clueless what to do,because he was not picking up phone so i decided to go to his business address shown on his website.i got another surprise there is no business at that address shown, that's a residential address. i thought we were scamed.i started alternate arrangement , went to home depot and buy some chairs.
then he showed up in the middle of my party setting up tent in the presence of all my guests. the tables and chairs were disgustingly dirty. i think that was his plan like if he showed up a day before then i would have asked him to do a power wash for all the chairs and tables.
i will never recommend this guy to anybody
the people who have already booked a service with him should ask an alternate phone number in case he did not pick up again so you guys don't have to go through what we had to .
